In place of sand, these were used to place gravel. They were cut off from a traffic cone and stuck The process of filling is very fast. My sister bought me 16 bags of Sakrete playground sand totaling 800lbs (i. e. 16 50lb bags). As I filled the empty bags, I held them up with a pickle bucket while I put the fillings in.
