Good value for the money. Good quality gobo head for the price. Most of the time, I will use it only for holding a boom pole. As far as rigging is concerned, I will not use it. The knuckle locations can be changed depending on the spud size. I like this because I have stands of varying This assembly has no gasket inside of it. A secure lock is created by teeth that bite into each other. In the future, this could result in the arm slipping when weight is applied to it, as the teeth wear out over time (if they wear out at all). The price of a gasket may be around $2-$3. When that occurs, 3 will be revived for use again. All in all, my overall opinion is that I got good value for my money.

A lot of rugged terrain

My main use of this is to adjust the height of my audio boom pole holder when I am on a light stand. This is not the heaviest test I've conducted, and I have not tested the grip head with a truly heavy load However, it does seem sturdy enough for a load to be placed on it. There is no problem at all. Flags are held in position very well with this flag holder. I have no trouble holding my boom pole firmly with this attachment. I've tossed it around in the back of my truck on and off of a few film sets so far, and I don't have any.

This purchase has been great! I'm in love with this grip head! Even though it's not lightweight by any means, it can hold just about anything that fits In order to keep the stand stable, the weight helps to keep it centered, but like anything that holds a weight out in front of it, you'll need a sandbag as well

I don't find this grip head to be as durable as some of my other ones. Though some parts have fallen apart, it hasn't broken completely so there is no reason to complain.
