The Sandbaggy was purchased to store an outdoor umbrella stand, and it worked perfectly. Other sand bags fell apart quickly due to sunlight exposure, but these bags are holding up very It is a good product. I would buy it.
Using modified and ruts used on ATV trails, I filled half of these with modified and a layer of modified over that. I found them to be thicker and stronger than other sandbags I have used in the past. I recommend the product and would purchase it.
My only additional step was to wrap and seal the top of the container with Gorilla duct tape (sand doesn't leak).
As long as the shed can be protected from wild animals and wildlife, but can still keep water out in case of hurricanes, we wanted something that could limit access. As of yet it is working well, and only a couple of spiders have been found. I like it because it can be used in a variety of ways.
It turned out that I only needed 14 bags, but I'm happy that I bought 20. This seems to be a durable material, better than burlap, although I wish that quality control could be improved. The fabric of five out of the twenty bags was loose in spots, and I could see daylight through the woven spots. Thanks for checking the bags before you filled them with sand! Time will tell how long they will.
I really liked the integrated closure on these sand bags, as they were very easy to fill and close. In my case, I used them to ballast the base of some light workbenches. I was very pleased with their performance.
My bags for flooding need to be replaced, and I'm on the lookout for new ones. Thanks! I've been looking for good ones for a long time. These are the best I've seen so far!.
My purchase several years ago was similar to this one. The product is good at protecting from ultraviolet light. I still have my original bags in good shape after being exposed to direct sunlight on the roof for several years. I find the size to be ideal for my needs! I think it's a good value for what you get.
