Polypropylene - Heavy Duty - FAMI Black Sandbags are made of the best quality. A double stitch is sewn in the bottom to make it more durable. The sand or the soil stays in place perfectly in the polypropylene sandbags. An empty sand bag can contain 50 pounds of sand when it is 2/3 of the way full.

An empty sand bag can be used for a variety of things. Flood protection and construction projects are most commonly used. In addition to being dust- and water-resistant, it also offers excellent durability. For flooding, we design our sandbags with ties to ensure that they are securely fastened.

The military style bags remind us of the ones we used to use in the old days. It looks like they are of good quality, but I do not know if they are. Winter traction in my pickup bed is provided by half a dozen snow tires.
