I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. Many things, including an inexpensive flash stand, can be used as a female thread to secure this to the tripod when not in use. Screw this into the flash stand and attach to the tripod to store it when not in use. It makes it easier to keep track of the pricey little button.
I'm not sure, but it seems to work with all of my cameras.

Are you referring to the time when the camera is connected? If this is the case, it is possible that it is defective; it should be snug. If you want to keep the release button attached when it's not in use, you can buy a cheap flash stand and attach it to keep it from falling out.

buy. You'll have to buy replacements because of the quick release's design. Manfrotto is sure to be able to design a tripod with a permanent connection to the camera. But why do that when you can design a high-priced button that people will have to buy repeatedly? There are only a few options available to you. Remove the button from the camera and reattach it every time you want to use it. Finding a suitable location to store the nickel-sized button is, of course, a difficult task. With the tripod, you won't be able to keep up. The release fits loosely on the tripod without the camera and will almost certainly fall off. As a result, your only choice is to keep it on your camera. I tried to be cautious and tighten after each use, but it is unavoidable that it will loosen and fall off at some point. br>I have a less expensive tripod with a standard flat release plate that I've had on my camera for over a year and it has never fallen off. In less than a month, I had lost my first Manfrotto release, and I was being extremely cautious. When you combine all of this with the fact that the replacement is costly, you have the perfect scenario for the manufacturer and a nightmare for the customer.
Another issue I have is that the replacement part does not fit as well as the original, but it does the job. If it's any consolation, Amazon offered the best deal.
Wish it weren't so expensive, but it's a must-have if you're using multiple cameras or devices on your Manfrotto tripod. There are no other options that I've found (perhaps an opportunity), but if you need more than one quick release connector, this is a must-have for your gear bag.
These are way too expensive for what they are, but you don't have much of a choice when you require them. As a result, you purchase it because you require it. Oh well.
Despite their small size, they are quite costly, costing around $15. My Manfrotto Compact Tripod won't work without it, and the company appears to be taking advantage of this. I would recommend switching to a different brand of tripod just to save yourself some time and money. This product does what it's supposed to do, but it's way too expensive. My phone gimbal is mounted to my Manfrotto tripod with this device. 3 out of 5 stars.
Dad is the tripod as a whole, as it is useless without it. So it's understandable that it's so costly, but it still feels a little shady. The one I got looked exactly like the one that came with my tripod. I haven't misplaced the original; I just wanted to be able to attach these to a variety of devices so that I could swap them out quickly in the field. It really works. It's bad for your bank account. It is highly recommended.
This button is a perfect replacement for the original quick release button. On; The only disadvantage is that, due to their size, they are easy to lose (hence the need for replacement).
The only drawback is that its quick release plate is only compatible with the tripod. So I used my Amazon app to order a new quick release plate. Because I enjoy using the Action Tripod, it was well worth the money to me. To be safe, I recommend purchasing multiple extras, especially if you use more than one camera, go pro, or cellphone for photography or filming.
