Take your own screw with you! It would be nice if you provided the M to your customers
3/5

Rather than making them look for one, they can use two screws to hold it in place. They were provided in past SSDs as well. If you buy it wholesale, it'll probably cost you a whole penny. My order arrived after I spent hundreds on this product and ordered 2 day shipping but I had to wait until the following day to drive an hour round trip to the hardware store for 47 cents more. Thanks so much!.

YOU MUST NOT BUY THE PRODUCT UNDER ANY CONDITION
3/5

The key feature of this product is that Crucial has rolled out a software called Executive Storage that I was able to install on my Lenovo E580 with relative ease. To make sure your SSD is functioning to its full capacity and to maintain it, they heavily suggest you download this software during the setup process. After purchasing this software, your SSD has been destroyed and all of your information has been erased from both your NVME SSD and current drive. I contacted support for over two hours and they stated that they knew about the defect with executive storage yet haven't taken any action. As I was on hold for two hours, they suggested the same solution over and over, but after all that effort, they said that you could return it and we might be able to provide you with a new one in four to six weeks. There are 6 weeks left. I don't even want to explain how horrible the product is along with the horrible software. It is impossible to choose a better SSD the Samsung Scorpion 970 EVO series is by far the best.

I am so happy with the speed! While I have been using SSD only computers for quite some time, they have always been the standard SATA SSDs with a transfer rate limit of around 550MB per second, which is already very fast After watching multiple review videos and researching the Crucial P5, I decided to give it a shot, and I am extremely pleased with my decision! In the two screenshots I have provided, you can see that my SATA SSD, a Crucial MX500 1TB, reads at about 562 MB/second and writes at about 517 MB/second
5/5

The same test runs well on the Crucial P5 NVME SSD, but the read speed is about 3500 MB/sec and the write speed is about 3200 MB/sec. It is amazing how much faster it has become! It is a fantastic purchase! I'm very happy with it!.

The upgrade to a Dell G3 3779 is great
5/5

The C drive on my Dell G3 3779 laptop was replaced with an extra C drive after the original was damaged. This is a Crucial P5 1TB coupled with a SK Hynix 128 GB SSD. The capacity and performance of the system is much higher. Using a USB-3 was the best choice for me. The SSD needs to be cloned to the P5. Use a NVMe PCIe enclosure (Amazon # B07MNFH1PX) for this. A new SSD was installed before cloning was possible with Acronis True Image from the Crucial version of Acronis True Image because Macrium Reflect provides a clone function rather than that available from Acronis True Image My Macrium software provided me with the ability to clone the laptop prior to opening it. allowed for an easy resizing of the main SSD partition in order to take full advantage of the larger available I installed the drive relatively painlessly, and the computer booted directly from the new drive after everything was done. It went well and we didn't encounter any problems The Crucial configuration tool on their website provided me with the necessary information prior to ordering through Amazon to ensure compatibility. I was pleased with the outcome. The drive met the specs it was supposed to meet according to Crystal Disk Mark.

This is excellent
5/5

I expected it to work. It is as advertised in terms of write speeds. It blows away the 970 evo on large reads and writes but falls behind when smaller. The peak write speeds beat those of the 970 evo by a wide margin. You can find details about the Crystal disk mark on this page. Windows has just been installed.

Make sure you know what to do if you've never replaced an SSD
5/5

Having prepared you will be able to do it easily. Make sure you look for the best videos (there are many junk videos Be aware of the information that even the best videos gloss over and consider researching those topics. Place all screws in a locked drawer, keep your workspace neat, and make sure you have adequate Obtain a caddy that will let you copy your old drive over to the new one, so that you can use your old drive in your caddy as an external SSD after you replace your old one. It would be beneficial to study how the copying process can be adapted to make full use of the old drives.

I'm happy to have a huge C drive as it eliminated all of my anxieties about space atrophy. When the data for application computations is placed on the C drive, several computations run much faster. Investing in an external hard drive is a good idea, and it is.

Before you add this to your computer, you will not understand what you are missing
5/5

Despite being a 500 GB HD (3400/3000 MB/s), the Crucial P5 500GB HD exceeded expectations. We definitely saw a improvement in our office using Overall, the cs3073cl is a better performing laptop. There is nothing bad about the laptop, except that the hard drive (1TB, 5400rpms) is crap. I used this method to upgrade a laptop that came with NVME M (which is cost-efficient as well). The 2 key with the M key On the end of the stick, there is a small slit. A good example is that there are B keyboard keys, M keyboard keys, and B/M keyboard keys. In contrast, most school districts have laptops that are only 2s), so you already have a significant edge over the rest. This super fast Crucial HD is now my main hard drive, along with my old 1Tb 5400rpm HD, which I use as my backup storage. The benefit here is that I have both speed and space for pictures and videos. If you have a laptop that can use a MVME M, then you are set. A 2-HD unit with a M-type card If you are in the market for a new key, go for it. Product rating A+. This would be helpful if the scale was a grading system. There are 61 words in this sentence. The education pass rate is only 7%, a very low mark. There is also a really clear difference between the two. When you use the 5400rpm HD, everything takes FOREVER to start, download, and update. You need to update your drive if you have never done so. Otherwise, you are missing out on an enormous amount of information. Let me just say that. *As a side A laptop or computer is the simplest item to cut costs on when purchasing it and it is also the EASIEST method to update it on a budget and still save money. Another area of focus is Ram. It makes both of them crucial. The top of the line It is not uncommon to be able to upgrade only the HD and the A few higher-end laptops have a bit of wiggle room, but not all of them. This will be the case when If they give you the option to upgrade. In that case, you can look ahead and see where you may need to add or subtract from the plan. You should bear in mind that in some cases the RAM is even soldered to the board. It is difficult to do much there because of this. The following steps need to be taken to clone With Crucial, the process is made simple. It's just a matter of going to the web site. If you have a M, you can apply. Connectivity options include a USB 2 port and a SATA port. Each of the following must be carried out by one person. As a backup, you would need to go online and try to figure out how to do a hard drive clone with the current setup you have. ) Most laptops and computers have at least two M may be one of them.
