If you have a Ford fitting where the tube goes into the lock fitting and there is a small ring about half an inch after the tube goes into the lock fitting, this is the right tool.
I have a few kits of disconnecting tools for push coupling connections, but these are the only ones that worked on my 2012 Ford F150 transmission cooler line coupling.
It worked perfectly.
I used the plastic ones until they were worn out and no longer worked. These, unlike plastics, will not degrade over time.
It's simple to use and it's built to last. It works well to quickly disconnect the fuel or transmission lines.
Despite the fact that the product was not made of plastic, it performed admirably on transmission lines. I strongly suggest it.
It's a step up from the plastic version. I really like this work.
It worked perfectly! a lot better than the cheap plastic ones you can buy elsewhere.
