Yes, everything should be fine.
I am not 100% sure, but I do not believe your car model has a quick fuel disconnection feature. This tool would be useless for you because your car has a mixture of aluminum and rubber fuel lines that are clamped together. It should work unless your vehicle has a quick disconnect feature.
Yes, this is compatible with the Toyota's quick connect fitting. The part of the tool that goes into the connector is shaped like a cone, but the back of the tool is flat and serves no purpose other than to push on.

I tried generics, as well as plastic and metal. But none of them fit the toyota prius fuel line's slim profile, and I spent more than 30 minutes trying to get them to work. This one, like the others, works in a matter of seconds. A photo of the list on the back of the packaging is also included.
It allows you to remove the fuel line from the front of the left bank, fuel rail, and install your fuel pressure tester. Most fuel line disconnect tools won't fit in there, but this one does the trick and is cheap!.

br>Nice aluminum design with hinge and front locking pin to keep the two halves closed together. br>I only deducted one star because the rivets were a little too tight. The design of the hinges was too sloppy. To slightly tighten the rivet, I eventually used a small punch and hammer. The hinge is now as tight as it should be! br>I still recommend it to anyone who needs to release the fuel lines on a foreign vehicle!

I didn't think I needed this tool until I learned how difficult it is to disconnect a fuel line from the fuel rail. This Lisle MFLD was magical, and it made the job a snap (or more accurately, an unsnap). This is a fantastic little tool that works perfectly with my Nissan Frontier.
0 fuel lines are required because the standard plastic quick connect removal tools are ineffective. You're going to need one of these.
