On 2012 and newer Ford Power Stroke and Dodge Diesel engines, the compact design allows for easy access to hard-to-reach DEF fill and Breather lines.

The disconnects are used to unlock the locks that keep the DEF lines in place, allowing them to be removed.

There are three sizes available to suit a variety of applications.

Is this something that could be done with a Cummins ISL9 engine?

I got these to work on islbr>br>They work for the plastic coolant lines, such as the ones to and from the compressor, but not as well as I had hoped. Our busses' def lines have a different connection style, so they didn't work at all.

Is it compatible with Ford diesel engines?

That is, I suppose. I've sold a couple of them to Ford mechanics.

Do you know if these will fit the def lines on a heavy-duty Volvo truck?

They are still in the package because I have not used them yet.

What are the measurements of each size? I'm curious if it will fit a Cummins ISLE diesel engine. ?

3sizes ; 7/8- 6mm, 1- 1 3/8-inch, 4mm 4mm. None of them were compatible with the Nissan Titan XD's def system.

Hundreds of DEF tanks have been removed from the 6th. There are a total of seven Powerstrokes in this vehicle. I had been debating whether or not to buy these for about a year before placing my order. To cut a long story short, I wish I had purchased them sooner. Without the tool, removing the fill and vent lines isn't always difficult. These, on the other hand, make it much easier to remove the lines. Especially if your fittings are clogged with mud, dirt, and road debris. Slide the forks over the quick connect tabs, tug a little, and the line comes out easily and quickly. Until they used them, everyone in our shop mocked me for buying them. Each of the three technicians now has their own set. The money was well spent.
