It was well packaged when it arrived. I opened the items and examined them. The item appears to be in good condition, with no bent or dents. The installation was simple, just removed the old one and put in the new Even though I had to look down at each point, I still looked at the angle. I was able to remove both struts in no more than 10 minutes. I lifted the locking pins and they popped out. Do this again on the other side, but don't forget to clean the anchor. This is a 2007 Toyota Camry SE that I put them on. Apparently the angle end on the wrong end is what is causing complaints, since mine has the angle end on the wrong end.
