Product Description

The HOPUT blower motor resistor connectors are specifically designed for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles, and are built to maximize the performance of those vehicles.

In the example the following codes are replaced WPT1285,645512,12167129,645512,12167129,1P1644,1072,S1619,PT795,CU2Z14S411AMA,EC1116,PT1117,PT117. I have fixed the Ford Fusion Blower Motor problem and it has completely resolved the intermittent fan issue. The new HVAC Fan Blower Motor Resistor Connector replaces the original and is easy to install. There is only a 10 minute difference in installation time. Installing the program may not work if you do not see any YouTube videos.

Wire is long enough and thick enough to not splice, but not so thick that it's dangerous for people to cut it on the ground, so drivers can tuck it into the floor board cover near the firewall to avoid tripping.

This connector is made of ABS plastic and is filled with high-quality pure copper, no aluminum is used in its construction

One wpt1285 wire assembly is included in the package. Heat shrink tubing and butt splices are not included, so you must prepare them. The heat shrink tubing can be replaced with solder if you prefer that method.

Not at all, but another simple measure I took was to remove the resistor and leave the Start by making sure your new plug has the same number of wires as the old one, and then go ahead and splice them on one at a time until you have the whole thing wired. has the exact gauge (14) as indicated on the package. The wires to the motor were only burned on the two sides. In this connector body, I replaced the original wires with those from the original connector. My next step was to remove the burned pieces and splice the new wires into the originals. I can't say enough good things about this product! It would be possible to splice all of them together The kit is very nice.

I am writing this review 3 months after installing this pigtail and the blower motor resistor on a 2011 Ford Fusion and the air conditioning is working fine

It's been running non-stop all summer (Houston heat), and there is no evidence of overheating on either the resistor terminals or pigtail connector, so I'm very happy with the product. It's been both reliable and a good buy.

It appears to be working fine. Perfect fit, but it would be more convenient to install if the wires were colored differently. In order to ensure you have accurate connections, you must trace back to the pins to ensure all black wires are connected correctly.
