The relay was purchased, replaced, but it still does not work. My ohm meter identified the new resistor as being faulty when I took it out and tested it with my ohm meter. The second one was ordered, put in, but I still couldn't get it to work. It was faulty as indicated by an Ohm meter. I guess it's a faulty two It's an awesome thing is that I bought THIS one (different manufacturer) and before I even installed it, I put my meter on it, and now we're good to go. The rear air was working again after installing it in the MDX. You're getting the real deal here.
On a 2004 Honda Pilot I used it as a radio. Once I looked up videos on YouTube I was pretty much able to figure I removed the old blower, replaced it with the new one, and the rear blower is working great.
Thank you so much for doing that!.
The YouTube video shows how to do the replacement in just a few minutes. A bunch of caked-on dirt will have to be vaccumed up It accumulated on the filter screen in front of the fan due to dirt. After cleaning the screen and the shop with a tooth brush, I used a cloth to dry It can be cleaned up with a vacuum. With my passengers now as cool as cucumbers, they are a pleasure to be around. You can do this even if you're a beginner. Thanks for a job well done.
As a result of watching a YouTube video on getting the rear blower motor to work on a 2004 Acura MDX, I decided to replace it. However, the blower motor in the center console was still not working after I had already replaced the motor. I have found that in the event of a blower motor failure, this resistor is also likely shot. Generally, buying this resistor from the dealer is quite expensive, but you can find it at a range of price on Amazon or In spite of this, the device worked flawlessly. Getting it installed was pretty straightforward and it started working immediately afterward. It's a win-win when you take into account the price as well The winning team.
The blower assembly was ordered for the rear A/C blower behind my center console when I never realized that it was for my 2005 Honda Pilot. I actually got contacted by the seller to point out my error and they provided me with the correct part.
Very good customer service.
The part is a great value. One should not hesitate to purchase this from Amazon, since the seller is so reliable. In spite of some difficulty installing the part, it went well. It took a bit of time to remove the panel, but Honda makes it look easy. A cold wind is blowing in my Pilot's rear seat area again because the rear air conditioner/heater is blowing air. In my opinion, this should continue to perform well for a long time to come.
I highly recommend it! I am grateful for your assistance.
Installing it was more challenging than we expected, but it works fantastically once it is installed.
YouTube comes to the rescue on the installation.
