Because this item was only delivered today, I am unable to provide a detailed review at this time. That said, this item was supposed to SHIP today, but it arrived on my doorstep before something else that was supposed to arrive today. So far, the shipping has been excellent. br>br>When I held it side-by-side with my Xbox 360 Elite, my first concern was whether it would work. There's a big difference between this hard drive and the one that came with my Elite. However, when I put it in the Elite and turned it on, it was clear that it was a Microsoft HDD when I looked at the "Memory" screen. One thing to keep in mind is that there are 51 items in total. There is 1GB of free space on the hard drive, but it cannot be changed. Because the used space contains formatting and system data over which you have no control, do not return it. br>br>After a week or so of use, I'll try to remember to update this. I'm happy with the hard drive because it works, is much less expensive than an "official" Microsoft hard drive, and arrived on time.
I didn't get what I asked for. Instead of the 60GB hard drive I ordered, I received a 51GB hard drive. With the exception of the 10GB reduction, this item is excellent. Also, with newer games that require you to download files prior to playing, 51GB quickly fills up.
I purchased this hard drive because I own an arcade, and it works perfectly! Because it's only $30 for a 60-gigabyte drive, it's a great deal. The advantages and disadvantages are listed below: br>br>Advantages-

My husband was able to install this game on our Xbox 360 in less than 20 minutes and play it. If you need more games on your hard drive, this is a must-have!.
It kept telling me that I needed to reformat my computer. I'm not sure if they're all garbage or if they're just my garbage.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was extremely pleased with the newfound disk space, which arrived ready to plug in with a CD to transfer data from an old hard drive. I've already downloaded three XBLA games and am considering more.
The hard drive arrived within the specified time frame. For the price, it's a great deal. Right out of the box, it performs admirably. So far, I've been very pleased. I'm curious to see if it will last as long as the original OEM hard drive, which has so far performed admirably.
