I'm not sure about the f12020, but it does support PlayStation 4 play.

Doesn't work for me in Grand Tourism 5?

Hello, you should double-check your connection; I use it in Grand Tourismo 5 and it works flawlessly, and it also works in F1 2019, so I believe it's a configuration issue.
