My pedals were fine, but the shifter was set to report gears 1/3/5 as RB and 2/4/6 as LB. I went back and purchased the G guys wheel and shifter.
It works great for American Truck Simulator; however, when I tried it with the steam version or Forza Motorsport, it didn't work, which was a huge letdown.
Nope
You can make reverse a seventh gear by changing the settings.

I bought this to supplement my daughter's "hand-me-down" sim rig, so I figured the PXN-100 would suffice. In terms of price and resemblance, V9 would be ideal. My first impression was that it was a sturdy wheel with three metal pedals and a shifter, and that it would be a perfect replacement for the existing G29. However, upon closer inspection, I was disappointed to discover that the wheel was 2 degrees off-center. centered. There are also two vibrators for rumbling effects and force feedback. Given that I had paid $180 after tax, the combination of fake force feedback and crooked wheel was almost unbearable. I contacted the seller about the crooked wheel and received the following response: "QC deemed it acceptable for the wheel to have up to 3 degrees of deadzone/tilt," which is appalling by any standard, and the seller was unable to compensate fairly on the crooked wheel, so I returned it. Finally, I ditched the G29 in favor of the T150 PRO and the DOF P3.
I bought it for my PC and it was returned to me within a week. It has a decent feel to it; it isn't quite as good as the G brand, but it is a good knockoff. To make changes to the wheel's settings, you'll need to download an app and connect via Bluetooth. Ok. Strange, but not in a bad way. The shifter will not map to anything other than the right and left bumper buttons, no matter how hard I try. I've built computers before, but I've also thrown them away, so I gave up and traded it in for something more reliable. This one will suffice if you only require a wheel and pedals. Look elsewhere if you want to have a good time while gaming.
It's a nice setup and a good-quality product, but it doesn't work correctly. I connected it to an Xbox One so I could play Horizon 4 on it. I couldn't get the gear shift to work, and neither the brake nor the clutch would register. I assumed I hadn't properly synced it up. When I contacted the company, they were completely absurd. They were of no assistance in attempting to resolve the issue. Finally, I was told, "Hello, when playing racing games like Horizon, it is recommended that you do not use the gear lever. " It is recommended that you use the gear lever when playing European trucks or American trucks. "NOWHERE in the description does it state that the gear lever will not work in racing games. If it's not going to work, what's the point of buying it for racing games? Only apologies were offered to me. I would not recommend squandering your cash.
I bought this wheel as a Christmas present for my husband. This is a toy that he absolutely adores. The wheel is fantastic for the PS4 because it has a realistic feel to it. If you're thinking about purchasing it, I would strongly advise you to do so because it is well worth the money and is a lot of fun to use.
I've always disliked racing games where all you have is the control. It just doesn't feel right. This improves the simulation of the experience. The pedals felt a little flimsy at first, but once I put them to use, they were fine. The steering wheel is well-gripped to prevent you from moving around, and it feels and steers solidly. Now all I have to do is figure out what each button does. I thought it was strange that the pedals and stick shift were connected by a phone cable, but be careful because the cable can't be replaced because it's directly connected on the back. Whatever works best for me.
I've had it for a few months and it's been fun, but every now and then something stupid happens where it switches to a different input layout and I can't play my game correctly, so having the app for this is a must and will make your experience way better, and the lack of force feed back is what ruins it for me, but I still have fun with it when I play with it, but keep in mind this isn't for competitive driving or anything like that, it's just for fun.
So, one day, I turned on my Xbox One, and this device refused to pair with it. When I first bought it, it worked right out of the box. It's no longer linking. It will power up but not connect. It was a complete waste of money, and there was no online resource to assist me in getting it back up and running.
