The only time I've used it was for a go-cart Pro no, but I did just mount the Yi 4k+ (a better gopro clone that is cheaper and stronger) to it and it worked fine because both Yi and Gopro use the same mounting connections.

For the first time in my writing career I'm writing a straight up negative review. There is an issue with the manufacturing of a top of the tripod stand that prevents it from being screwed in properly. can be seen in the images, the broken one is the one where the screw caps are in the reverse order and are not attached to the barrel. Despite my best efforts, there was just something wrong with the tripod once I compared it to the working one. I spent about half an hour trying to spin the top into place. Besides the working one in the second image, you can see the comparison in the third one. Often, mistakes are to be expected in products, but in this case, the problem was extremely simple and could have been discovered/fixed if anyone had checked to see if parts were functional prior to packaging. I am disappointed that there is no quality assurance that is comparable to purchasing a defective VR Tripod stand.
I would have given this product a negative star if I had the option. I find this to be extremely.

Do not purchase this if you have an immediate need (in my case, I needed it for webcams for work during COVID, not for gaming) because it may not provide everything you need.
I bought these for my vive and they initially worked as intended. The height of the chair could be easily adjusted. After starting to move around my setup, I tried reducing the height of the tripod in an effort to move around the camera, but one of the clamps broke. There have only been a couple of times when I adjusted the height of the tripod for the camera, and it doesn't seem to be a problem. In the event that the product cannot be refunded, I may reorder You may want to buy another tripod or look for one that's different. As a whole This solid tripod is perfect The product lives up to its expectations, already assembled when it arrives. All you need to do is adjust the height, mount the camera, and you're ready Sadly, I ran into this problem and had to rate the product with a two star rating. Had it not been for this mishap, I would have given the product a 5 star rating.
stand very well, they are very adjustable, they are very easy to use. However, my particular sensor came with only one of the mounts that swivels into the sensors, and then they themselves screw into the stand, thereby making it SUPER easy to adjust the sensor It takes me less than a minute to configure one of my sensors. You can point anywhere, turn, tilt, etc. The other doesn't have a swivel or tilt control due to the missing part of the ball head (Adjustable ball head 1/4" mount), which makes it very hard to assemble. In conclusion, I highly recommend the product, just make sure you get all four (4) without fail! The tripod stands come with two (2) 1/4" adapters and two (2) ball heads.
I cannot send back this faulty product, because I do not have the patience or time to do so. In addition, the other stand has a faulty part that makes it impossible to support the tracker since the threading used to attach the tracker is the wrong size. The only option I have is to reattach the tracker to another stand. The screw to screw the tracker to the stand must be threaded on the part. It's so difficult for me to return anything since I have to drive an hour to my nearest UPS in order to do so. It would be nice if there was a way for this company to send me the small part that would make this one stand work. As far as I'm concerned, these stands are nice, but the set I received is defective. That's too bad. What a waste of time. This is a virtual reality system that I would give five stars, but there is only one stand. What good is a full-body, expensive system if there are not two stands available. The products from this brand are very inconsistent, so I think that ordering them is risky.
I made a huge mistake there. Opening my I found all parts to be included and was happy to see that they are all the same size It was clear from all reviews that they lost the ball despite warnings- A socket joint is a joint that connects two other joints When I tried to connect the joints to the tripods, I discovered that the threads on the joints were not the correct ones.
Just to be sure I'm clear, let me say it again Despite ensuring the parts were compatible, the manufacturer didn't even bother to check whether they were shipped out together. The threads are not the same in both parts, they are not manufactured to be the same. Both parts are machined correctly and are both clean, it is simply a threading issue.
I dare say that I am returning these parts since if the company cannot be bothered to spend ten minutes checking the parts they receive are compatible before distributing them, then they are probably cutting corners everywhere they can.
These stands aren't as stable as good quality photo tripods, but they perform no less well. My Cosmos Elite base stations are positioned on these stands. The base stations will move and sway with any touch of the base stand when fully extended (because of the flex in the stands), it will take a while for it to stop swaying. It always amazes me when cheap petroleum products emit such an unpleasant smell with the first smell I notice when the box is opened. Parts that are made overseas and based in U. S. In the stand at the very top, I detected the odor specifically on the pen cap. It would have been simple to discard the cap, but the odor penetrated the entire stand. I hoped the odor would dissipate over time, but it did not. A $9 shipping charge was incurred for the return of the product.
