Questions & Answers
The base appears to be the same all around, just the wheels are different
You are paying $200 for it to return to the middle, and it uses the motor not a lousy spring. You won't see it return to the center unless you have this in mind Having fun playing.
There is just one servo in this picture. There is no connection between the pedal and the wheel. The TX Leather Co may be able to assist you if you're looking for a TX service with pedals and wheels
have a power adapter that came with my t300rs wheel base however, I do not know if the 500 model's adapter is the same as mine.

This wheel and the upgraded pedal system are part of my purchase. For about 11 months, I had no problems with the wheel or pedals until I noticed a grinding noise. In a year and a half, the wheel was no longer functional. As it was out of warranty and I had no time to find someone to repair it, and after reading horror stories of how difficult it is to get warranty repairs, I just ordered a new one from Amazon with the hope that this time I would be successful. As I sit here like an idiot 13 months later, a brand new one is doing the same exact There is a waste of $5000 in equipment. The thrustmaster company should be ashamed for making such a b****** product. Save your money. You'll be glad you did.
I consider this to be a very good wheel base. In 2 years, I used the Xbox TX wheel base (the same wheel base just the XBox version) almost every day until I stripped the mounting bolt (I overtightened It is the first and only TX that I have ever used without any issues. Aside from being pretty cool, the FFB and the software work well. You can use a wheel with 20+ buttons, if you're on a PC, by choosing the advanced button layout The break will be in the following format Periodically, you may notice a burning plastic smell when using the wheel as it gets very hot. placing your FFB settings at the highest level since it will lengthen the life of your base. In addition, 100% FFB will produce 'clipping', which means that you won't be able to get.
In my previous life, I owned a Logitech Driving Force GT & There is a lot of improvement in the T300 over the T200. In my case, I got the servo base alone along with the Ferrari 458 Challenge Wheel and T3PA pedals. the wheel is brand new, this dual belt driven, brushless motor wheel runs so smoothly and spins so fast you'll find it enough to drift on. The wind literally feels like it is blowing in my hands when I spin it. The longevity of this wheel base is something I cannot say, but I will definitely take care of it, as well as subject it to the rigors of constant use. purchased a used one from Amazon before buying this There were more than a few tears on the inside of the used one. In retrospect, I was a bit concerned that this would even work, but I am so glad I was wrong. The fact that someone out there probably has a similar cheap desk is useful to me, because I know someone else does.
It is a much better setup than a Fanatec CS, and I saved a lot of money over having it. Although I would prefer a smaller housing on my T300, I am quite happy with it. The top cover can be removed easily, showing that there could be a lot more space saved with a little bit of effort on Thrustmaster's part, making it easier to accommodate the odd housing in a dashboard build such as mine. In order to fit the T300, I had to modify my dashboard. Honestly, I can't complain much on this part, but if I had to change one thing, it would be That is all there is to I enjoy the ability to switch between a circle and F1 wheel so much however, I wish the connecting collar was made of metal rather than plastic since I change between them so often. Due to the fact that the collar needs a screw inserted into it for a wheel to be mounted to it, the screwhole has become just a bit That is a cause for While it still functions, and I haven't felt like one of the wheels is going to fall off or wiggle yet, the future is concerning. As of yet, I haven't had a problem with any of the games I've tested. Thrustmaster uses a software suite that I consider to be one of my favorites. As a contrast, Fanatec devices require you to use a different configuration page for every connected device, which can be frustrating at times. The wheel, all of its controls, the pedals, and the shifter are all on the same page of the suite. It was an unpleasant experience with I had to use T3PA Pro pedals and instead chose to use Fanatec CSV3 Pedals. Regardless of what the Fantec provides to the T300, the Thrustmaster's software suite keeps track of it and displays it on the configuration page My other favorite is a Fanatec CSS1, which is also very nice. You can also configure the Thrustmaster configuration page to work with this Shifter. I am not complaining, but rather making a note of the problem Neither fanatec device can be connected to the wheel The fact that they showed up in Thrustmaster's software was confusing to me. While I had tried a Fanatec Clubsport base and wheel configuration, I found the force feedback to be a bit stronger, but not as smooth or precise. I'm happy I chose the Thrustmaster instead, and the ease of using other hardware with it makes me very happy too. As well as being cheaper, the T300 wheel setup is also not as customizable as a Fantec wheel setup. Since I feel that most users won't want to change their wheels out often (or they might even own multiple wheels), I'm fine with this. I am very satisfied with the overall result.
During the development of this review, I used my experience from Assetto Corsa and Gran Turismo 6 for simulation racing. Regardless of whether the fan is in forced or automatic mode, this product will fade after 30 minutes. In my 7th lap of the ring, I find that I have no steering feel at all, kind of like driving a fast and furious arcade machine. When I use Formula 1 cars, in my case, the F2004, this effect is especially pronounced. When I hit lap 4 at the Nurburgring, my best lap time drops from 4 to The ratio of 51 to 4 is Due to my inability to feel my tires, I am at risk of spinning out tenfold. As this is my 8th thrust master base in 5 years, I've had to return each one numerous times before I found one that can last a week or longer. If you don't want thrustmaster, either buy Logitech or wait until you have saved.
I was doing well one day, then I stopped working. We've now been using this base for about a year and a few months, yet it recognizes wheels but not rotations. On the wheels, you can see buttons for the X and Y axes. With the F1 wheel, and my GT wheel, I'm able to control both the direction and the speed of the car. Updated drivers have not worked and the firmware states I am connected to the wrong switch (PS3/PS4) and the update will not proceed. As I sent them the requested information and videos they requested for assistance, but they did not respond to any of my questions, I have no idea how Thrustmaster can assist. It has been a terrible year for this base, losing two in a row. The SPARCO wheel was in my plans to add however, it could be a deal breaker if I can't get it working.
