Questions & Answers
Rubber mulch might be a good option for under the monkey bars.
It does, however, soak. However, it may take some time, and the water may remain on the surface for a day.
Technically, I suppose yes. It's a heavy, thick piece of rubber that smells like a tire and isn't very pliable, so make sure your bathtub is big enough to fit it in. However, as a playground safety mat, it serves its purpose admirably.
The mats are available in two sizes: a single "pack" and a double "pack" Although the wording may be incorrect, the product is of excellent quality.

We placed an order for four of these mats. They're sturdy and thick. We received one that was crooked and assumed it would straighten out. So far, it hasn't worked, and because it's on flat ground, it's become a tripping hazard. br>br>Update: That one was swapped out by the seller. We haven't had any issues with any of the other mats, which have been exposed to the elements and dirt for several weeks. I would strongly advise!.
This is how the mat looks after three months; we bought two and one didn't work out, so this is what we have now. Nothing can fix it because it's curled up around the edges.
These were difficult for me to move, but outdoor play this fall and winter was much more pleasant.
It's solid and heavy! It's designed to be placed at the end of the slide to prevent dirt from flying up, and it's been working great so far!.
There's only one word to describe it: perfect. I was afraid I'd get a cheap, thin mat, but these are just as durable as any commercial mat I've seen in public parks.
I haven't had these mats for very long, so I can't speak to their durability, but they feel and appear to be very sturdy. On my children's playset, I'm using them as a landing for their sliding board. So far, everything has gone well.
This was an excellent choice for the end of a children's play slide.
After a few months, the mat's edges curled up. Nothing is going to be able to solve the issue. The kids keep tripping over each other on the mat. I contacted customer service, but they have done nothing to resolve the problem. . . I have repeatedly requested a replacement mat or a refund, but they have failed to respond. I would recommend getting a new mat.
