I only write reviews when I think something is so good that it deserves to be shared. To be honest, Amazon is a crapshoot. I've had some incredible experiences, but I've also had some awful knockoffs. This thing arrived in California in under 24 hours, which was nice; second, it's a lot more solid than I expected for the price; it has a killer powder coat and spins completely silently thanks to some really nice ball bearings. It's exactly what it says on the tin. It can hold up to 6,700 pounds, according to the rating, and I have no doubts about that. I intend to hang a 100-pound punching bag from it and am confident that it will stand up to a lot of abuse and remain unfazed. Third, the hooks that come with it (which appear to be quite cheap in the product photos) are actually quite heavy duty. They won't hold 7000 pounds, but they'll easily hold humans or punching bags, and they have a nice locking mechanism. This review was written in late July of this year.

Take notice, advertising agencies. This item was bought to help support one of those web nest swings. The ones with three photoshopped kids sitting across it with a foot to spare on the 40" ones. When I first opened the box and took the swivel out, I thought it was quite small. When I went back to look at the listing, I noticed that there were four different options. 3 in. 2. be long 1 in. PFFT! PFFT! PFFT! PFFT! PFFT 26" in length and 1" in width In my part of the country, 48" wide isn't even close to being adequate. Apart from that, it spins, but when you put a load on it, it feels much rougher than if you just hold it in your hand and spin it. You can feel the friction increase even if you just pull on it with your hands and twist it. This leads me to believe that the bearings used for this application were the wrong type. Because the load is coming from the side rather than the top, you wouldn't want to use a skateboard type of cartridge bearing here. I'd disassemble it and figure it out, but they don't want you to because the holes in the hardware that hold it together are potted. If you were turned off by the size misrepresentation, it would be less appealing to return. The locking carabiners provided aren't the best, but they'll probably do the trick; don't use them for rock climbing, as other reviewers have stated. br>If there is one thing I can do to shed some light on this product, it is the advertised weight rating. The spinner was marked with the number 35KN, despite the fact that the advertised weight was 30KN. BTW. Why not state 30KN instead of 2500? 30KN is 6744 pounds.

We bought two of these to use as a platform for mesh swinging chairs under our deck. The spin incredibly smoothly, and as others have said, only a gentle push gets them going for a long time. br>br>There are only two reasons I gave this four stars instead of five: first, the printed material on the package indicates the weight limit is 250 pounds, not 30kN (6744 lb-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-ft-f f), or any other restrictions mentioned in the data or reviews. Second, according to the printed material, metal should not be used to connect to the swivel because it can cause failure, which contradicts the use shown in the product photo. Having said that, we installed and used the swivels in excess of those limits/precautions anyway, and we've been pleased with them thus far.

It was difficult to find ones that were specific to my needs, so I read the product reviews, along with the questions, and compared them to a number of other products that were similar in most ways. Why had I gone out of my way to find these in the first place? I needed a spinner that could be attached to each of my large bags. They must withstand not only a great deal of weight, but also a lot of abuse. After purchasing three and putting them through their paces, I can confidently say that I made the right decision: they perform admirably, are sturdy, and quiet. I also needed one to keep my Aikido practice tool from becoming tangled, and these worked so well that I bought a fourth. I'm very pleased with this product, and once my workout space is clear of vehicles, I'll get some video for you. a word of warning: br>br> Keep in mind that they are completely new. We'll see how they hold up once they've been put through their paces.

Because we're using it as a hammock chair rather than for rock climbing, it has an impact on our review. But it was the incredible smoothness with which this swivel operated that struck me. We have it inside, and it is completely silent and rotates with incredible freedom of rotation, at least for the time being while it is new. The slightest push in the chair turns you, but if you're still, it stays put. It has the perfect amount of resistance when loaded. It was much larger and more sturdy than I had anticipated. Ours came with two heavy-duty steel carabiners. Definitely a high-quality item, and I'll be purchasing another one for my outdoor swings.

However, I believe it is the only one I will ever require. I didn't buy many of these, but I did get one to add the element of swiveling a M to my collection. Swing with M ropes. The design is appealing to me; it appears to be sturdy and substantial. In my opinion, it has done a good job and has been put to a lot of use in the short time I have had it. This one is a keeper until you hear otherwise from me. br>br>Also, if you haven't bought one yet, you may think the price is high, but who knows what the right price is for something that appears to work reliably for a long time? In my case, the peace of mind is worth it. Yep.

Because of this, I bought this swivel spinner for my grandson. For those of you who are unfamiliar with autism, my grandson loves to spin in circles all of the time. For his birthday, I decided to rig up an indoor horizontal inner tube swing for him so that he could sit inside and spin without falling all over my furniture or onto his other toys and potentially injuring himself. It's similar to an indoor amusement park. round. br>br>The swivel is extremely durable and quiet, making it ideal for the swing I'm building for him. Of course, it isn't finished; otherwise, I would have loved to show you a picture of him with a big, happy grin. I'll be honest, it was a little on the pricey side, and it was the most expensive piece of the swing I'm making, but you get what you pay for, and he's worth it!.
