Christmas was a great time to buy this for my niece. I (and she) found it to be exactly what we were looking for. It was possible to come up with endless storylines using the vet kit, as it contained a variety of items. We had both a dog and a cat, and she quickly got involved in taking their temperature, administering medicines, and generally having fun. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I could not comprehend why they couldn't give it a carry bag that was big enough to hold all the pieces. There's just no way all of them can fit into the bag and it would be easy to fix to just make it bigger. I love everything else about it but my kid is particularly fond of In addition to the typical vet kits, you can find a lot more. It doesn't seem like they're made of too cheap.

To keep my daycare stocked with doctors/vet kits, I bought three. Due to my trust in the brand, I expected this to be the best. It is not disappointing! The only thing I am disappointed about is that it only includes a bag and no plastic kennel or medicine kit is included. The number of pieces in this kit is much smaller than in But at least the stuffed animals are cute! I bought three, and this one was in the middle price range.

This is the favorite game my 4-year-old son plays! Buying this Melissa and Doug Vet Set for my son who loves animals and plays doctor has been a great purchase. It was (and my 6 and 4 & 5 & I have a dog and a cat who stick by the side of my son, no matter what. I love this set as it includes a lot of fun stuff like the cone and cast. For our grandson, who is two years old, I bought this as a gift. All of his stuffed animals sang their hearts out and he immediately went around listening to them. There is a bandage, a cast and a cone to protect the animal from itself included as well. Using its checklist, it sees if the animal is in bad shape. I purchase Melissa and Doug toys because they have the best quality and I am always happy to do so. Despite the fact that my grandson may not end up being a veterinarian, this toy will allow him to act like Playing with this toy made my grandson, who is 9 years old, just as enthusiastic as I was. It is a great toy for developing the children's imagination because it provides children with so much freedom to express themselves.
