My grandson is just shy of two years old, and it fits perfectly in his hand; he enjoys pouring Cheerios from one cup into another.
I'm sure you could, but we've never used it to make tea. We merely play with it.

My little boys wanted to partake in all of the delectable milk-based treats that I enjoyed as a tea drinker. honey- I wasn't about to put my 6 and 3-year-olds in charge of chai. year- My very breakable tea pots and cups, which are not only gender neutral but also feel very solid, and which we all enjoy drinking from during our daily tea parties. My boys put a lot of wear and tear on these, but they're still in great shape months later. Bonus: Because they're made of recycled plastic, you'll be helping to save the environment with your purchase.
We don't actually drink tea with it. My family prefers cocoa and cider, but it's still something my kids enjoy. We've put it in the dishwasher on the top rack several times with no problems, and I use my Keurig to make tea directly in the tea pot and let it cool to a safe temperature. My four-year-old can pour without spilling most of the time, and my two-year-old can do so as well. Yes, the lid can come off, but neither of them has had any problems with it. Spills happen, and I don't think my kids make any more of a mess with this tea set than they do with a regular meal. br>I'm aware that some people object to the sugar bowl's holes. These holes, I believe, are for the sake of safety. For the same reason that plastic Easter eggs now have small holes in them (to prevent children from suffocating when they put it over their mouth and nose), there are small holes in plastic Easter eggs. Here are a few straightforward options. They could simply use their imaginations and leave the sugar out of the bowl entirely. Alternatively, sugar cubes (or marshmallows for the cocoa) could be substituted. Still want to use granulated sugar because you're confident your child won't put the sugar bowl over their head? It works great to cover the holes with Press n Seal (rather than saran wrap).
When I prepare lunch for him, he also uses the sugar bowl and a spoon to prepare my food. It's adorable, and boys enjoy pretending to be in a house. Gasp! What if we treated our sons as equal partners in play, rather than assigning them gender roles, so that they can grow up to be involved fathers? As an added bonus, when my daughter is old enough, she will be able to play with them as well. Thank you for making it non-pink, it's a fantastic product!.
We purchased this due to the numerous positive reviews. We had been drinking out of these for less than two months and there is plastic FRAYING from the teacups, which I CANNOT recommend to anyone, especially children! Only washed by hand or in the dishwasher on the top shelf. The dishwasher is supposed to be safe for this set. I wouldn't call it safe, and my toddler is very disappointed that one of her favorite toys is now being thrown away. What a waste, and it's too bad I won't be able to return it because it's a few weeks past the rerun window.
My little grandsons enjoy playing tea party, and many of the tea sets available are overly feminine. I know, I know - That statement is as offensive as the fact that finding "color neutral" toys can be difficult, but come on - Is it really that difficult to make more color-neutral toys? It's becoming a chore. Green Toy products, on the other hand, have become a favorite of mine because they are durable and well-made. toys that were made This tea set is a lot of fun for us.
This gift is given to a two-year-old in my life on his or her birthday. These are fantastic. They're tough, and every kid who's received one has adored them. They're the ideal size for small hands. br>br> Plays well with a small amount of liquid. EXTREMELY durable and easy to clean. They've been in my daughter's possession for four years and still look as good as the day we got them. She (now six years old) continues to play with them. br>br>I strongly suggest these for your own child as well as as a wonderful gift for others!.
I'm a big fan of them. My children love having tea parties with them because they are of excellent quality. Under normal use, the tea pot's lid also stays on fairly well. If there was a lot of liquid in it and the kids turned it over (which is to be expected), I believe it would fall off. The cups are a fun size for the kids to hold and drink from, and they enjoy taking tiny sips of milk from them. The spoons are tiny, and the kids enjoy pretending to eat with them, but they are far too small for anything except yogurt, and the saucers are even smaller. They're not very good for holding food at our tea parties, and the saucer's design is fairly flat with the small indented circle to hold the tiny tea cup, so they're not shaped well for holding food on top of being tiny. The kids, however, adore them!.
My two granddaughters enjoy playing 'tea time' at home, so I was looking for a tea set for them. They're three and a half years old, respectively. This tea set, on the other hand, is reserved for Grandma's residence. It arrived while they were still on the premises. They were ecstatic to receive a tea set from Grandma. The set's thickness, durability, and strength impressed me greatly. Tea will now be a regular thing at my house when visitors come, so don't be hesitant to buy it because it's high-quality merchandise.
