Magnesium beads have poor magnetic properties

of ours had the old version of this toy (it only had numbers) for their toddler, and my daughter loved it so much I bought her the updated version from the same brand, but the magnet beads in it fall right back into place after pulling the stylus pen up. My daughter loves this so much that I am debating whether to return it or not due to weak magnets. It is important to note that some people who reviewed it gave it a good rating as a result of receiving the free product.

The teaching tool is extremely sturdy and reliable

In addition, I am satisfied with the product. I would not have paid full price for it, but I got it at a deal of the day. The children enjoyed it, as did I. I purchased it for my twins who are 4 years old. For my son, which is different from my daughter and dislikes worksheets, this is a valuable solution. I found the magnetic pull to be the only other detriment to the purchase besides the price. There is so much delight in the fact that sometimes the stylus tip gets caught inside the holes as you write, so either you have to write very lightly and almost pull straight up and away, or the tip gets stuck and you have to write in an awkward fashion.

Small hands might not be able to use it

Despite the fact that it works, the stylus is a little too narrow for the smaller hands of my nephew. The paper is not thick enough or ergonomic enough to develop hands with.

Not so good

There were magnets in the water. While some did not, some did not. Having trouble moving the pen was a challenge for ME. There must be a better option out there for me.
