Very good quality! This is fantastic! They're a more compact size
5/5

Although these are not authentic Montessori cards, they do the job. These are cards made of wood. Excellent craftsmanship. In the photos, my son, who is four years old, is running his finger across the pictures. They are ideal for our requirements. I'm completely content!.

Sand is easily washed away
3/5

They appear to be in good condition, but after a week of use by one child, the texture on the letters has worn away. This is my first experience with sand letters, so I'm not sure if this is typical, but it's not the quality I'd expect. They were a good price if you wanted them for a long time. It's long-lasting, but not cheap enough to be considered "disposable. ".

For a homeschool classroom, this is an excellent size, quality, and price! Yes, they are exactly the same size and quality as a Montessori classroom, but that is not what I require for my children at home
5/5

These are the perfect size for our small school shelves, and they appear to be holding up well in the hands of three and five-year-olds. br>The package contained a small amount of loose sand. br>I did add a small dot to indicate where they should begin tracing each letter. Yes, I strongly suggest it!.

The sand fallout is a bummer, but the rest of the game is fantastic! The only issue I have with it is that the sand comes off quite easily— even rubbing two cards back to front dislodges the sand— I haven't noticed any visible patches or color change yet, but I believe it will eventually
4/5

It's possible that there's no way to avoid it. br>Also, sandpaper letters that are stellar. These are great for grammar work or to replace standard sandpaper letters if you don't have the size for them because the wood is sturdy and the paint is nice. It would be fantastic if they could be coded red and blue in the same patterns as the moveable alphabet.

Junk The boxes' bottoms had been completely removed, revealing sharp metal nails or staples
3/5

In addition, the sand isn't quite sand; I'm not sure what it is. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving these to a child even if they weren't trash. They appear to be too low-cost and potentially hazardous. Make your own or pay a fair price for genuine Montessori materials.

Montessori is not for you
3/5

The product appears to be Montessori-compliant, but the consonants and vowels are all the same color. The sandpaper flakes off as well, which is a real disappointment! We returned the product, which is understandable given the risk involved in purchasing a lower-cost item.

Mom who teaches her children at home: Purchase number two
5/5

Thick, solid, and well-constructed. We had a pair of these for a long time and the quality remained consistent. The sandpaper was not rubbed away. We're on our second set because we misplaced some of the first, and I'm very happy with the sandpaper letters' quality and price. They were very helpful in teaching my daughter to write and she enjoyed using them.

In no way, shape, or form is it Montessori
3/5

These aren't Montessori-compliant, and the letter proportions are incorrect. This product is a poor replica, as well as being far too small to be of any tactile value.
