Seeing as how it isn't specified on the box, I am assuming no. However, my box states it is from Hasbro Canada, and I understand the laws are stricter there regarding However, I am not absolutely certain that this is the case.
The price of them has never been this high. My theory is that everyone is buying them up in order to improve their skills. There are two sets of numbers and letters (Elmo Letters and Cookie Moster Letters) that are really great. I find the price so high to be disgusting. eBay is a good place to start. The cost of some goes as high as
You do not hear any noise from it.
There should be no problem with the pieces for 2+, probably even for Five or more.

It's not clear to me what the circle discs do It would have been possible to continue the numbers to 20 and My opinion is that it would have been more useful.
It's great for my 5 year old who is obsessed with Cookie Monster at the moment! As the only way to identify the cookies is by numerical order, the cookies have bumps on them that are supposed to be chocolate chips. Each nine of the ten cookies has a corresponding number of chips (one cookie has a chip, two cookies have two chips, etc. ). are hard for a toddler to identify, particularly when there are bumps on the cookie (see picture below). The overall theme is fun with Sesame Street and cookie monster, so it would be recommended for toddlers that love these shows.
It is a great toy for my nearly 2 year old daughter, but the cookie side of the toy is a disappointment. There are different Sesame Street characters on the underside of the cookies. As far as I can tell, this was an educational toy, but I'm not sure what the educational value of this side is. As my daughter removes cookies from the case, she loves to see the faces of her favorite characters, but an added educational activity would be if each character had a number near it from 1 to 10 so that she could just match the number of chips on the cookies with the number near the In the future, I might add my own touch to this toy by coloring it in with a Sharpie and letting her be creative. I said that the chocolate chips on each cookie are the same bright color as each cookie, so if you wanted to make that activity a bit easier for little ones, you could darken the chips on each cookie with a sharpie. In any case, my almost 2-year-old is happy with the case, and she enjoys carrying it around with her as well as.
As if I could do it at all! The Elmo was good, but this is not so good. My kids loved this set and the Elmo ABC set to help them learn letters / numbers, practice matching, etc. The Elmo ABC set was a hit as well - and I purchased this set as well. It was a hit with them. As you can see, I was very disappointed in this one, as the little round covers that go on the right side of the case are extremely hard to remove. In addition, the number 10 has a very small margin - Taking up the right amount of space. As an adult woman, I find them impossible to handle, and my children are unable to handle them at all. It is possible that we will just toss the round covers and use this numbering It will be interesting to see how this goes over time, but for now I have regrets about the.
At first, I thought it had sound and a child could count numbers. So long as the toys do not require batteries, I am okay without them. Although I was expecting my son (19 months) to be bored as soon as I opened it, he was very engrossed. Like other reviews have stated, the only minor disappointment might be the tightness of the numbers as compared to ABC. As for the characters side, I would rather have had a side that only listed the numbers up to 20, rather than a side that listed only.
I was happy to provide my kids with Cookie Monster's On the Go Numbers because we've had Elmo's On the Go Letters for a year, and my children use it frequently, so I treated them. I haven't seen them play with it since I got it! The older of my two sons big Cookie Monster fan and was excited to play with it! Two of my three children are 14 months old and 14 months old. In addition to this, my 5 year old has no problem separating the numbers out, and I am pleasantly surprised that my younger child is also able to separate the numbers. Since the cookies are thinner and harder to get out, the children need me to use this toy with them right now. To show them how to place fingers in the indentations, I am pointing their fingers into them. It's great to have a carrying case like that The puzzle is sturdy and easy to take with you (plus, you don't need to worry about it getting knocked over or getting destroyed). I enjoy these cookies because they are open-faced This activity is over Your little ones might also enjoy pretending to eat these to practice counting, sorting and memory. My little guys like to pretend You're looking at something more than just a puzzle with this - it's extremely high quality It is highly recommended to me, as well as to my children.
This one and the alphabet one are great toy for our 2 year old son for restaurants and other outings when we need a quiet toy but interactive one. As an intermediate skill set option, we use the alphabet one more often since it offers more options, but this one is also available. Rather than having a number on each disc, this one has 10 There are ten interchangeable pieces, so that you don't have to match up the numbers exactly, as the discs can be placed anywhere. Compared with the alphabet one, this one is a bit easier, plus you get to celebrate matching disks. My toddler found it a little difficult to get out the discs and letters and numbers at first, but after a few weeks, she caught one and can now manage to remove it My kiddo likes Elmo/Alphabet better since I think it'll be used longer and I like that it has interchangeable discs. But I would buy it again if it had interchangeable discs.
A huge fan of Sesame Street, my grandson loves the show. He likes the red Elmo one that even has letters on it. I just got this case because it is Cookie Monster, which is the favorite character of my grandson, and it has the number 1 on it. We should use the number 10 as an alternative to Having received the first one, I returned it and had it replaced. Colorful cookie pieces are on one side of the case. Click them into circles to make them move. Despite my grandson's efforts, the circles would not come off. Also, we went through a difficult period. The plastic screwdriver my Grandson has kept close had been used to pop them out of the circles. When using the screwdriver with my grandson, who is 3, my husband has long fingernails and my grandfather is 3 years old, so it would puncture the circular paper picture of a Sesame Street character that is attached to the bottom of the plastic cookie. As well as opening and closing securely, the case closes with a zipper. Because two knobs (one on either side) have to be pushed simultaneously while the handles are split apart in separate directions to open, it may be difficult to It is a daily and multiple times daily ritual for my grandson to play with this.
