Hello,br> br>The Max 10 combos and ESC are more suited to "Short Course" or "Basher" style trucks than to Crawling trucks like the TRX4. The Fusion and AXE R2 combos are great for the TRX4.
It has a motor that runs at 4000 kv.
No, it won't happen. The room is far too small! It should be used on a 1/10 scale radio control model.
I'm writing to let you know that the Max 10 combo 3652Sl- is no longer available. A motor shaft sleeve is included in the 4000KV model (3. 17mm in diameter

I decided to upgrade to brushless after my 12T Titan burned out. This Max10 ESC, in combination with the 4000KV motor, appeared to be an excellent value. This purchase has made me extremely happy. This was my first time installing an ESC and motor into an RC car, and it went together quickly. I left the stock gearing in place because I didn't want to mess with gear mesh just yet, and it appears to be faster than the brushed motor. I haven't had the opportunity to take it to the track yet, but tearing around the park with it was a blast! br>br>Because I have the LCG chassis, I didn't have anywhere to mount the ESC, so I had to get creative with some wire; additionally, the motor leads and the motor temp lead are quite short, so I had to get creative there as well. When I get more comfortable with making wire leads, I'll extend these, but for now it works.
One Factory Lite kit is included in the package. You get a lot of value for your money. Plus, if you get the program card, adjusting the parameters is a breeze. In addition, I own three Traxxas 1/10 scale vehicles. I install one of these combos before I run them. Then I sell the Traxxas ESC/Motor set to another person!.
I bought this to replace my Rustler 4X4's brushed motor, and WOW is it an upgrade. The motor is 4000kV, and I've only used 2 cell LiPo batteries so far, and it works great, albeit a little warm. To make it work with my existing batteries, I changed the battery connector to a Traxxas style. It's a whole new world of fun because the truck is much faster than it was with the brushed motor.
It's just as powerful as the factory Velineon motor, in my opinion. I'm using a two-cell liposuction system for mine. I was able to achieve excellent run time, speed, and power. I didn't change anything in the stock settings; I simply installed it and drove. br>br>I was hesitant to purchase this kit because I had never heard of it before, and there was only one review at the time of writing. It was just a simple "works well" type of review. br>br>I've only used it once, but I'm very pleased with it so far.
It's ideal, particularly for the price. Because I'm new to brushless motors in general, make sure you program it before using it. I have a Slash 4x4 that I'm using. I did a lot of research but couldn't figure out what kind of connector the ESC had. I assumed it wouldn't have one at all, like some of the other versions I saw, but this one had an Xt60 plug. As a result, obtaining a plug adapter (e. g. , Ex. XT60 - It's much easier to use a Traxxas Connector with it than it is to solder your own plug on. The mounting of the ESC was and continues to be a major issue for me. There is no mounting plate included; all that is included is this sticky tape, which will not work with the Slash 4x4 because the chassis' belly is not smooth; it has many ridges and supports, as shown in the images. I taped the bottom of the ESC and then hot-glued it in place. It worked for a while after I glued it to the chassis (so the glue wouldn't get on the ESC and damage it), but the ESC eventually came loose again. The stock Traxxas 8 is what I use on mine. It's powered by a 4v battery and runs faster and longer than the stock Titan 12t motor. There are no issues mounting it, but if you want to use it with the Slash 4x4 and replace the brushed motor, you should change the pinion to a 13t, which makes it run faster and prevents anything from overheating. With the gearing setup, the motor never gets hot and runs quickly; it's a great motor that's well worth the money. It's on par with the overpriced Velineon motor in terms of performance. I just wish there was an easy way to attach it to the car. I'm sure there is one, but I'm having trouble finding it.
I wouldn't recommend using three-segment batteries with it. When it overheats, the car is turned off by the protection system. As a result, you're forced to go out and obtain it. I took it out for some speed runs with 3s batteries, and after about 10 seconds of top speed, the esc failed and it's now pushing daisies. 3s are only effective for short bursts of time. Although the motor's performance is excellent, I recommend that it be fitted with a heat shield. a sink, and a fan There's a lot of power in this motor.
List time I just barely got this in the mail and plugged it in 20 minutes after receiving it and it started smoking and burned up I was hoping there would be some way I could get another one, preferably overnighted I am not sure how to get ahold of seller on Amazon.
When I was a kid, I was into rc cars and came across a box full of them. I paid around $60 for a brushless motor esc radio combo and had to return it twice because it was garbage. Then I bought this and put it in an old 1990s team associated truck with a dumborc x6 radio (also on Amazon for about $40 with incredible range) and a small 2s battery, and it's ridiculously fast. Wheelies from half throttle at 50mph with a midsize pinion. I'll be getting a program card soon, but for now, just plug and play is a lot of fun. It's time to take a look at the tires. br>br>.
