A piece of paper can only be held up by the largest magnetic pieces.
Because these are magnets, they will not work unless the mirror has a metal frame.

Magnets can be stuck to a baking sheet pan by the kids.
" I don't usually write reviews, and certainly not of this length, but every once in a while I have a brilliant idea that pays off. On a Disney cruise, it's common to decorate stateroom doors. Only magnets, not tape or adhesive, are permitted. While looking for Disney-themed magnets, I came across these. As an act of kindness, I thought it would be nice to share the decorating idea with others. My 8-year-old grandson, 5-year-old granddaughter, and I each left a note on the stateroom door, held in place by a magnet or two/three. I must admit it was a lot of fun! I wrote sentiments like "May all your dreams come true," "You are a star," "You are extra nice," "Have a magical day," "Thank you for being a great neighbor," and so on, mostly randomly. The grandkids were completely engrossed. We tried our hardest not to be noticed as we went about our business. This only adds to the enjoyment. The magnets seemed to be well received as far as we could tell. Some were moved around on a daily basis, while others were left in their original state. It was a wonderful way for me to pass on the joy of giving and kindness to my grandchildren.
I bought this magnet set for my son, who was just over a year old at the time. He's always loved Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so when it came time for him to stand up on his own, I thought these magnets would be a fun educational tool to keep on the fridge. He still enjoys going over to the refrigerator to find and pull off these characters six months later, and he's even begun to name them. These magnets aided my dexterity and word association, according to me. br>br>All of the magnets were visible through the top of the Melissa and Doug packaging (wooden box). The image is on the front and a regular magnet is on the back, and they are made of durable wood. Because he was smaller, I hid the smallest magnets higher up on the fridge, out of reach, while many of the larger magnets were lower to the ground and more appropriate for his age. They've stood the test of time, as he's taken them off the fridge, chewed on them, and beaten them off the fridge and the floor, and they've kept their shape and design. There were no bitemarks, peeled decals, or anything else from the front. I have high expectations for Melissa and Doug products, and this one meets them. br>br>I would recommend this to anyone who has small children who enjoy playing with magnets as a way of introducing them to characters and names. You'll enjoy watching them go to the refrigerator, pick one out, and bring it back to you again and again. This is an excellent item.
These are my toddler's favorite toys. They're of excellent craftsmanship. There's no risk of a small magnet coming loose and being swallowed because the magnet covers the entire back of the wooden piece. We put them in the fridge or on a cookie sheet to keep them fresh. We've put them to a lot of different uses (besides just sticking them to the fridge). Color, character, and whether they're standing or sitting are all factors in our classification. We tape green paper and clouds to a cookie sheet, and she creates little fun scenes with them. We read her Mickey books together, and she recognizes characters in the pictures. Her dexterity has greatly improved as a result of these exercises. Overall, they're a fantastic purchase that I would strongly suggest!.
star. As a reward system for online teaching, I purchased these. They're extremely popular and simple to use. They're colorful, long-lasting, and enjoyable to use. Some of the product's choices, however, do not sit well with me. There are four Mickeys, four Minnies, three Donalds, three Goofys, three Daiseys, two Plutos, and one Clarabelle among the characters. Except for two of the Mickeys, I like every picture. In one of them, he appears high (or drunk), while the other is from behind. It's just awkward, and instead of so many Mickeys/Minnies, I wish they'd included a few other characters. (Does anyone remember Carabelle?) Why is she on the list but Chip and Dale aren't? ) I like these in general. If it were up to me, I would only make a few changes.
I bought these magnets for my son to put on our refrigerator, but I'm going to return them. They've been damaged and are starting to peel away from the magnets. They're cute, but I'm not willing to risk my son's safety because they were damaged when they arrived.
I gave it a three-star rating for quality, but only a one-star rating for playability. I'm guessing this is a Disney licensing issue. Our cast consists entirely of characters who are either sitting or standing. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto are all represented by four characters; Clarabelle's, to be exact. Toodles and Pete aren't present. There are no vehicles, no Clubhouse, no hot air balloon, no character pets, and no landscape elements like flowers, trees, or plants. This disappoints me because I had hoped to use the set to create our own stories with my granddaughter. We only have the main characters, so she can only put them on the refrigerator and move them around. I would not have purchased the set if I had known how limited it was.
These were purchased for my granddaughter, who is a huge fan of all things Mickey Mouse. These are very interesting wooden magnets with bright designs and colors to keep your child's attention. They number in the hundreds. 5x5. 6x8 inches in size The magnets are made of a sturdy wood and are large enough to be handled by small hands. They're brightly colored, which keeps my kids' attention. My granddaughter enjoys putting everything in her mouth, and she occasionally throws and drops them down my stairs without breaking or chipping them. What's fun is that we can make up our own stories with the characters and play with them not only on our refrigerator, but also on cookie sheets that we can take with us wherever we go, as well as my metal front door. I think the case for these is another plus; the pieces fit well in the case, and it is durable, easy to store on a shelf, and simple to open and close for my granddaughter. It does state that these pieces have small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of three, so keep that in mind when deciding on this product. These wooden magnets, in my opinion, help nurture children's imagination and creativity.
