This is for my 6-year-old son, and I bought it for him. I couldn't afford a Halloween costume for him, so I gave him this for Christmas instead. On Christmas, he had a different look on his face. But when I say EVERYWHERE, I mean EVERYWHERE, with a new pair every few days. I tried to explain to him that it's appropriate to wear to certain places (keep in mind that he's six), but it didn't work. I choose my battles, and he can have this one. Dropping off at play dates, grocery shopping, running errands, and in the mall, he's wearing the mask AND cape. It irritates me on some days, but I let it go on others. They have held up well in the face of daily use. There are no frayed ends or anything like that.
