A very thin sheet of paper is placed between each page of the book to form a "layer." For my 14 month old son, I purchased this Melissa and Doug product to use when he is starting to get fussy and needs to calm down or keep him busy. I think it is a great product to have on hand. Our purchase of Water Wow for him is the Animal version. Four of the pictures can be reused. On the first page, a farm is depicted with a cow, sheep, pigs, an apple tree, etc. There is a page with underwater creatures, a page with a pet shop, and a page with a jungle and a monkey. The second page has underwater creatures such as fish, jellyfish, and other marine life. One of the best things about the coloring book is that when you wet it, it becomes colorful and when it dries, it turns white again, so you can reuse it over and over. This can be played with by a young child while traveling or sitting in a church pew since it is mess-free. There are a few other Water Wow products I have added to my son's wish list so I am hoping that he will receive some would definitely recommend this product to kids from 1 to 5 years old. It's probably going to be a big hit with Five!.
Our house also has the alphabet one, but I knew I needed something new for our 20+ hour car trip! We don't have tablets, so I got this and the doodle board set. It was so much fun for them to participate in the Water Wow! The animals appear before coloring it, but there are a lot more that appear after. It was fun to find them all! I am so glad that I bought this for my kids because it kept them entertained for 30 to an hour at a time, so I was pleased when we were driving! The coloring pages dry in about 5 minutes, so they can color again and again! I like the Water Wows because they are just water, so I don't have to worry about messes and my children can play with them even when it's raining. There is one minor issue when they're done, you have to empty the pen immediately so that they don't leak out. Due to the pens being left on the carpet at home, our carpet has gotten all wet. There's nothing to worry about, it's just water. It is great for playing at home and in the car as long as the pens are put away properly.
It keeps them occupied for a long time. It is great that the pages are thick and that the pen only dispenses a tiny amount of water at a time, so that you can color a second page immediately without having to wait for the wet paint book has pictures that are gender neutral since it can be read by boys and girls alike. There is an issue with the pen getting scruffy after a while, especially if your teenager colors a lot. You can still color with a paintbrush and water, but that is not very convenient for travel, so then you need to buy a new pad.
I found this coloring book to be quite enjoyable. I bring it everywhere we go (where water can always be found to fill the pen) and to other places we need a novelty item to pop out of the diaper bag to buy a few minutes of quiet play for my 22-month-old daughter. Having fun coloring it is also enjoyable for me. Besides colored pages, there are also hidden images that pop up when the page is colored. I am pro- Observe these tips The pen should be emptied prior to going back into the storage pocket as indicated on the packaging. In the case of a full bottle, it will drip. While it takes a little while for the pages to dry, once they are dry, the color will completely disappear. You are free to reuse the pages over and over again.
2 years old. I will give you my This was a hit with my 8-year-old. My daughter and I both had so much fun playing with this before a trip, so we bought it on a whim and it kept her busy on the plane and on The first time she used a brush, she was ecstatic. We got a lot more leads because this worked so well As gifts for her and for her to play with, different items were provided. You may want to let the kid scratch the top layer, the one that turns transparent when wet, but not the bottom layer. In half a year, she learned how to unscrew the brush and squirt water all over her work immediately for instant coloring, and now she does it whenever she enters her "terrible two. " period. However, it is still a very entertaining movie.
She loves it so much. She asks to paint all the time and it's just too messy and time consuming at her age for her to paint traditionally. This is the perfect alternative because she's so content and happy when she's doing this activity. My only complaint and the reason for giving it a four star rating is that there really needs to be more pages in it. Despite her love for this that flies through and her desire for more, she cannot wait to do more. The addition of even two pages would be so helpful and would greatly improve quality. I didn't mind it, either. It's an awesome product, it's of good quality, and it's kid-safe! You won't be able to put this book We are currently ordering more from the collection so that she will have a large collection to choose from!.
for keeping my kid occupied if we are out in public or on a long car ride! An item that I would definitely recommend to other mothers. There is only one problem storing the pen with water will cause the pen to leak. The directions say to empty it before storing, but I thought I would keep it loaded from one stop to the next and was surprised to find out it soaked everything. So my advice is to follow the directions and you will have no problems.
I am in love with this book. It's been a while since I've been impressed with Melissa & Doug, so I wasn't sure if I should buy The product is incredible, and I've tried a lot of Doug's products in the past. Colorations can then be carried out by simply filling up the pen with a little water. a little to activate the water, but the plastic is nearly impossible to squeeze. It worked perfectly after we shook it a bit. ) There is a slight delay between when you get the page wet and when colors fully appear Discovering the hidden objects on the page is so fun for my son. This system is really convenient to use, as the pages can be reused multiple times and don't need to be dried for too long. Furthermore, I was concerned about the pages being damaged if I closed the book when they were wet, but this has not been a problem to date. There is only one downfall with this device the pen holder. Just a plastic flap is on the inside of the cover, and it is difficult to open, even for little (and large) hands. Despite its shortcomings, it does keep the pen closed and doesn't leak at all. The series is definitely one that I would like to read more in.
