In short, yes. It was mounted on my rack with my Nordica NRG90s, 185s, (126-" The rack had 110), I put the tips on a rack, and the tips were flexible enough that they started to slide through on their own. When I tried again, the same thing happened, this time with velcro straps on. After removing them from the rack, I was afraid that the tips would snap or simply slip through again and the skis would fall to Now that I've found a job, I'm looking for a budget-friendly option a rack with a standing surface There is no point in taking a chance.
During the winter, both skis and snowboards can be stored on the rack simultaneously.
We have racks with 12" bars on all of them. I think The Rough Rack 3 might be a good idea If you need a ski and snowboard rack, the 6-inches would work better for you because it is a bit smaller than the 4-inches A ski and snowboard rack that can hold eight boards.
Perhaps there is a chance for that to I want to mount mine at about 5'6", but my garage wall is also about 12" recessed, so it wouldn't be a problem for me.

A steel with a heavy gauge. The best construction lasts a lifetime. Getting 1/2 inch heat shrink tubing to cover the pegs is a good idea. You may find they leave marks on your more delicate equipment since they are steel with flat ends. As far as my skis and boards are concerned, I just didn't want to scratch them with it. The angle of the bindings on some of my snowboards also cause some of them to tip outward when mounted as one unit. As a whole, I received exactly what I was looking for. Thankfully, I can now store my skis and boards on the wall rather than lean them against it.
Rather than giving this product 5 stars I am giving it 4 because I am alerting you to a problem, not necessarily to downgrade it. The rack arrived on time with no damage, but the packaging could have been more robust. Racks of this type (though a good thing) should be packed in an even more sturdy box due to their heavy duty nature. In my copy, the back of the sheet had been cut through the cardboard by rough handling, leaving some holes. Nevertheless, it is not a major issue. My Nordica rocker wide "hell and back" skis won't fit in the rack, regardless of the rack's ability to hold most of the skis. The skis are not too stiff (which is great for powder), which causes the tips to bend enough so that they will Another reviewer may be able to solve their concern about marking their skis with the.
They measure 185mm tall. The number 126 is Skis could not be held up by their tips on the rack! At first, I had trouble keeping the ski tips in place because they were flexible enough When I took them off the rack, I was afraid the tips would crack on the second try. As far as I am concerned, You don't need to waste your time / money / effort on a free service You could use a set of skis that stands up - We wish you luck if you are willing to risk friends / clients damaging their skis.
A modification has been made to this sentence. There is no doubt that this is a beast. It appears to be made of steel with a powdered coating It is coated. Located mounting holes in 16 inch spacings (my walls are on 24" centers, so I had to make a slight adjustment to mount method). It was pointed out in some reviews that not all skis hang correctly. The fact that it is not a must-have item shouldn't deter you from purchasing it. There is some stick that I use- Neoprene padding was applied to the hangers, and it works well. It keeps the metal from marking the skis, preventing it from coming into contact with it. Below you will find a link to the following item Please consider

In order to install this rack properly, you MUST have a stud finder and know how to use it. As you can see, the installation is straightforward but it must be done properly since it is heavy on its own, and it will become even heavier after your skis are loaded on top of It won't last long, but once you have it properly installed it is absolutely bug-proof and a fantastic way to store your skis and get them off the ground. I recommend this book highly!.
For what it needs to do, it is perfect. I had the metal bars heat-shrunk before use in order to prevent any scuffing of ski top sheets (as others have done). It includes instructions and hardware that are easy to follow. I was only able to hit two studs in my apartment, but that is more than enough for 4-studs In it I have 5 pairs of skis. It is well made and should last for a very long time. This is a bit industrial-looking, but I feel like it would fit better in a garage than inside your house. The best option for getting equipment off the ground! I recommend it to anyone!.
You can scratch your skis with metal To prevent scratches on metal, shrink tubing is used to "coat" it. When the tips of your skis curve inward farther into the ski, you will need to attach your skis together so the tips won't slide through the poles and out of the ski. It's also possible to add some plumbing insulation to make it fit better.
Its lines are very clean. It was recommended to me by a friend a few months ago. It was just this week that I hired a handyman to do the installation. In the process of getting it up, I realized that the bolts I received were silver and the rack was My neighbor had installed black bolts, so I went to see what was already installed. The aesthetics of the design are not as pleasing as they If you require black bolts, please ask for them. You should also make sure to install it high on the wall, over the heads of whoever visits your facility. Initial installation was to align coat hooks and to align with 70". Later, realizing that this was a safety hazard, we relocated it to 48".
