I bought it for my home on Amazon because I wanted something similar to my business cameras but at a lower cost. I was expecting to be disappointed when I purchased the Zosi system because I had been quoted over $3000 to upgrade my cameras at my bar. Amazing clarity, and the night cameras outperformed my "commercial" system at work by a factor of a hundred! Installing it was a breeze (the most time-consuming part was running the wires for the cameras), and setting it up for web viewing was a breeze as well. br>After that, I ran into a snag. After a couple of hours, the DVR continued to freeze, and I reasoned, "Well, of course, look how much I paid for it. " I sent an email to service@zositech. com. I didn't hold my breath because I was on com. I'd had bad luck with Comcast and Verizon in the past, so I wasn't expecting much. br>Now things start to get REALLY good! IN MINUTES, I received a response, an apology, a rebate offer, and a genuine fix! I couldn't believe it! They had a DVR update, super simple instructions, and there hasn't been a single issue since. They've checked in with me several times to make sure I'm happy, and they've even offered to send me a new DVR, which I declined because it's been working perfectly since the update! br>I've included some photos of my $$$ work system versus Zosi's crystal clear view. I'll post an update later with the night view (there's no light, but it's an incredible view!). ) because I'm so pleased with the system and, more importantly, the service. br>I'd feel comfortable replacing my work system with Zosi because I know this company is willing to stand behind their product (and the PRICE!). I still can't believe how much it costs! )br>If you've been on the fence, now is the time to act!.
So far, I've purchased a number of Zosi Dvrs of various types and cameras. br>I tested them all for a while. br>Families and friends who saw the system at home were impressed with the video quality, especially the night vision, so I ordered several for them, their families and friends, and so on, and I've been a DVR technician ever since: P, I set it up for them for a fee. Dbr>br>The main reason I didn't buy a dvr online was because of the installation; I don't know how to do it. Those that do sell DVRs here are too expensive, so I took a chance and ordered my first DVR system a few months ago after looking at the price. br>It's not a big deal; you can do it all yourself, and you get all the help you need from the seller for free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. br>They were extremely helpful with any questions or issues I had with my DVR at first. br>* The DVRs come with a CD that contains all of the instructions. It has all of the DVR's settings and functions. Take a look at it. br>I wasn't aware of this until I began bombarding them with questions. br>br>I read all of the negative reviews of these DVRs and see the mistakes that some people make, aside from defective parts, the main issues you have with the DVR is your own setup, which I did myself and know the results of. Some people were concerned about the camera's night vision, which is clearly stated as 100ft(30m) IR Night Vision. However, if you have a large open terrain, visibility will be limited. They sell DVRs with and without HDD; if your computer is broken, as mine was, you can use the HDD for the DVR. br>If you want a larger capacity HDD, you can purchase one from Amazon; however, when I ordered one from Amazon, it didn't come with HDD screws; I was furious and stressed; however, luckily, zosi already included them in the box; they knew I'd need it since I purchased one DVR without HDD; this is excellent service. br>br>*Tip: Install the Zosi app on your phone and connect your DVR to the internet before angling your cameras; it will save you a lot of time because you will be able to see everything in real time. br>br>*Hint: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative Install a "motion detected Led flood light" in the way the camera is recording if you want to capture high-quality video at night. br>I still need to do that; I only tested it with a led light, and it didn't detect motion. I'm still on the lookout for a good one for my yard. br>br>If you have any questions, you can always contact the seller; they will provide you with the best service possible. br>These days, "customer is king" service is hard to come by. br>br>Sorry for the clumsiness, but I made a quick installation video on my own. I hope you enjoy it and decide to purchase a DVR in the future. Regards, Avish, br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>.
The alarm function was not working, but it worked otherwise. When I looked up solutions on the internet, I found numerous complaints about how bad tech support was. When I asked for help, I was given the runaround by someone from a different country. They continue to raise the same questions after more than 40 emails. On both the app and the monitor, I've tried everything and still get a "video loss. " It was fine when it worked, but now even their support staff is stumped, and the DVR has already been replaced. Continue to keep a safe distance.
Our home had been broken into, and both of our neighbors' homes had been robbed. I needed a security system that was both affordable and long-lasting; I knew nothing about security systems, so I read a lot and did as much research as I could. I finally decided on the ZOSI product, which I've had for nearly a year and a half. br>Finally, the following are the outcomes: br>The vision begins to deteriorate after about a year. It was a little better after cleaning the cameras. I decided to replace one of the wires that came with it, and it proved to be extremely beneficial. It was around ten dollars. The wire I replaced was of a higher quality, and the view now appears to be better than it was when it was first installed. br>I tried other companies' apps for my computer (because I don't own a smartphone) and none of them worked. (I guess security companies assume everyone has one. ) Nonetheless, I was able to get the ZOSI app to function. br>Last but not least, br>Because we have a new drug house in the area, my wife and I keep weapons around the house. With these cameras, I can keep an eye on what's going on around our house and property. When my wife or I have to go somewhere alone, I feel much more secure. I'm more confident now, and I'll continue to purchase ZOSI products.
