Customer service is outstanding. So, just to be safe, I decided to install some security cameras. This system appealed to me because it included two 1080p cameras as well as a 1080n dvr with a 1TB hard drive, and it performs admirably. Daytime image quality is excellent, and nighttime image quality is excellent. I'd like to say it was simple to set up, but finding a suitable location to drill a hole for the cable is always a challenge. I switched it on once it was all set up. The picture quality was only average right out of the box. There were only a few instances where the image was too bright or fuzzy. After that, I went through the menus and experimented with various settings. I was able to get the quality up to 1080p standards after a few days and nights of adjusting and lots of online reading. The only criticism I have is that it does not include a manual explaining how to use all of the settings. And this is still the case today. I'm still stumped on a couple of things. I have it set to record indefinitely, and I'm not using any online streaming programs or the motion detection feature. To expand the system, I recently purchased two more cameras. I'm quite pleased with it overall. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. br>I read some reviews before buying it that made me think it wasn't very good, but I decided to buy it anyway. People who complained about it constantly rebooting never discovered how to turn off the auto reboot maintenance. You can also use a flash drive to backup important videos if you don't have access to the internet. You can also update via USB with a flash drive, but remember that if you buy this system or any other system, you must clean the camera lens on a regular basis to maintain good image quality. Unless we have a lot of rain and/or dusty windy weeks, I clean once a month at the most. Two of my friends have already asked me about this system. br>br>After about a month, the dvr began to give me problems. The hard drive began to malfunction and would not record. Everything was sluggish and the playback was freezing. When I contacted Hiseeu, he promptly assisted me. They said my dvr had a defective board and sent me a replacement immediately, as well as a free upgrade to an 8-channel dvr. My computer formatted the hard drive, which I immediately installed. I'm thinking of ordering a few more cameras because it works so well. The customer service provided by Hiseeu was outstanding. On Thursday, I discussed my concerns with them, and on Saturday, I received a replacement.
Because of the price, I didn't expect much from this product at first. br>However, after using it for a while, I discovered that it is of excellent quality. It met and exceeded my expectations, and it had a wide range of capabilities and features. I hadn't expected it. br>I only had it for a short time before I had a hard drive problem, which I reported to the vendor, who responded courteously and quickly. They sent me a new hard drive, which I installed, and I've been very happy with it. It is an excellent value for money product. Based on my experience with this vendor, I'd say it's a very high-quality organization. That is something I believe you should be aware of.
No, it's not 1080P, but the description says 1080N. Even so, it's a very sharp video. To summarize, I am confident that I received excellent value for my money in terms of DVR and cameras. Oh, and did I mention their excellent customer service? They contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I really wanted to like this security system, but it's a little misleading in its advertising. The product specifications state that it is 1080p with 1080p cameras several times. True, but the dvr's user interface can only be displayed in 1080p. It can only encode to 1080n (1080x960), which is just a smidgeon below 720p. The cameras are 2 megapixels with a resolution of 1080p, but you'll never see that. 1080n is the highest resolution. I felt deceived in some ways. It has some really nice features and a really long recording time; I calculated that with four cameras, it can store up to 30 days of footage because it records in 1080n; if it recorded in 1080p, the time would be cut in half. License plates will be impossible to read because the image is too pixelated to use the zoom feature. As a result, if you don't require high resolution, this is an excellent system. I just felt cheated and misled, so I sent mine back.
On the 34th day after purchasing this unit, it failed to recognize the hard drive. When I go to the hard drive status screen at this point, all I get is an error message. It is now no longer recording. Freezes frequently and requires unplugging to restart.
It was very simple to set up and connect, and you are given clear instructions on how to do it yourself. The hardware is of good quality, and the software is extremely detailed while remaining simple to learn and use. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed if you buy this item. Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic system at such a low cost.
Again, as with all of the other units, the remote control unit did not work; I tried everything I could to get it to work; setting this unit up took days to understand; it still didn't work; again, false instructions; no one answered the Tech Support 800 s; all of the units were flimsy; I simply returned them; again, I'm not happy with the current unit; I'd like to return it as well; however, I may end up with a worse unit; or I may Can someone please assist me with these issues?
