If you pull the pull tab down beforehand, it can be a pretty good outlet cover, worth the few additional cents

I would only give this product a 2 out of 5 star rating based on how it is installed because the pull tab is basically useless unless the cover is plugged in like shown in the photo. Pulling the pull tab down before plugging the jack makes it pretty easy to just lift it up and pull it out however the pull tab has no use if it's still plugged in, as shown in the photo. If you want an outlet cover, you'd better just get the standard type.

About a year old, my cat loves to sniff the outlets and rub up against them to learn about them, and he enjoys playing with wires and cords as well. There is always the worry that she might get electrocuted, so it's a hassle. My understanding is that. Although it may seem extreme, the truth is what it is. Originally I was hoping these would be better than the circular and clear ones I was seeing that also did not have the bottom prong and were too easy to come off. Those are the first things I thought of when I saw them. It was like a good feeling that instantly came over me. This is actually the first review I've ever written and I only feel compelled to write about it! I never write in-depth reviews about anything I buy and have never been motivated to do so but I just feel driven to write about this! It's even up for debate if you're even asking. There is no reason to put these away, since they are a must-have. They are a bit difficult to remove, but as I see it, I swear to god this is an honest review.
