I wish I could give 10 stars for both the customer service and the product in this review. It might have been the best customer service I have ever received from a seller and I buy a lot online. I first ordered the toggle cover inside the rocker, and then ordered the cover outside Typically, most would not have noticed I ordered a different style, much less take the time to double-check that it was the one I wanted. Dennis took the time to ensure it was the one I wanted. Having replied that I wanted the rocker for my rocker/dimmer switch, I explained what I was hoping the rocker would fit. A 3D printer that he has offered to use to create one specifically for my switch was not sure whether it would work because the dimmer sticks out too far. I cannot tell you how nice it is of him to offer, and how focused he was on customer service. We just received the cover and it is in perfect condition! I had been using a child proof cover for my rocker/dimmer switch. This fits nicely over the switch. I am so glad I got it. There aren't enough positive words to describe how satisfied I am with the product and the services provided. You are so kind to put in all your effort! Thank you very much!.

I have recently switched a room over to smart lights and want something that looks nice to cover the existing switches to prevent the kids from accidentally turning While looking for a product, I found this one. It suits my needs and doesn't seem to look out of place when mounted on the wall. In the process of receiving the product, I notice a mistake I made. There is one of my switches that is a dimming switch and the plate sticks out too far for it As a result of reading reviews here, I decided to reach out to the shop The prototype I need to create will need to follow the steps outlined in Dennis' response. He gave me a price quote promptly and outlined what he needs to do. The designer also gave me the option to purchase the prototype AFTER he created it, so I do not have to purchase if I do not wish too. As far as the project process goes, it is smooth and he sent me the pix within a day or two. When I inspected the photo, I decided to make the purchase and Dennis shipped out the item super fast. I received the product today and have installed it, and it seems to be working like a charm.
