Is this the tank's quick-connect version?

It appears to be a threaded inlet. To be sure, I'd check with the seller. From the photo and description, it's difficult to tell.

Is it a D 40-square? Is there a 60-pound pressure switch? Is there a check valve included?

square d, to be exact. There is no check valve included, but one can be purchased for an additional cost.

The rest of the tank was missing when I received it. Is it possible that they'll be sent in separate packages?

Once I removed the tank, I found the remaining parts at the bottom of the wellmate box. If you don't find them there, I recommend contacting the seller.

Is the tee made of plastic or metal and does it have a screw?

With a plastic clip, the fit is slid on from 'plastic' to 'plastic.' The fit is excellent, and the construction is of high quality. There will be no issues.

The blue steel cans were far inferior

I love the quick couplet tee because it's so easy to use. It comes with spare parts and everything you need, and it arrived in 6 days. I'm overjoyed that my package arrived 9 days earlier than expected. I work in the plumbing industry and will never buy another blue steel tank. It's plastic all the way to the short tee, so there won't be any rust dripping from the galvanized elbow, nipple, or steel tank throughout the summer.

Almost everything was included in the package! A check valve and a water shutoff valve had to be purchased separately

It did, however, come with a new gauge, the t- gauge. a teflon tape roll, a pump switch, a relief valve, and even a fitting It was well packed, double boxed, and I had it installed in less than an hour with no problems.

Works fine; however, after it was installed, I noticed they had a 30 gallon tank with the same OD but a taller height (I would have purchased a larger tank if I had known they had one).
