2 wire pump with built-in control box (NOT an external control box required); industrial grade heavy duty, suitable for home use; built-in thermal protection

The pump should be run on 115V power. The standard voltage is 110V, which ranges from 100 to 130 volts.
The maximum head of this pump is 150 feet, which is sufficient for pumping into an open tank rather than a pressure tank. Please read the Pump Selection Guide that is available under the product information.

Questions & Answers

How long does this pump come with a warranty?

None at all if it breaks! It would not be repaired or replaced.

Is it possible to use this pump in a septic tank?

Yes, in an aerobic system's clear water final stage. For the past 7 years, I've been using this model/brand on my car. I just replaced it (the second one) today. It had been 3 or 4 years since the last one had been there. I'm here to get another one so I can work on the old one.br>I have a drop-in submersible pump that I use to drain the flooded tank so I can work on it. It'll take you about two or three hours to complete the task. I'm guessing $500-$1000 if you pay for it to be done and "their" pump. $800.

The 1/2HP 115V motor has a black finish. What exactly is the function of each wire? Is it true that the colors of the directions differ?

The ground wire is the yellow/green wire labeled 'PE,' and it must be connected to ground. The hot and neutral wires are the remaining two wires. It makes no difference whether you connect hot to hot or hot to neutral. Thank you very much.

Is the pump and motor included in this package, or do I need to purchase them separately? To buy a tank or work alone, is Hidroneomatico the best option?

The pump and motor are included in this purchase, but the tank must be purchased separately.

What a pump, holy cow
5/5

Ok. This is my very first review. I have high expectations, and this pump has exceeded them by a long shot. GO AWAY FARMS is the name of my farm. I'm not a big fan of people in general. I'm a bit of an introvert. br>I bought this pump on July 25 and had it installed on July 29. The 25th of January has arrived. br>This pump has been running nonstop for the past six months with no problems. br>150 foot well, 200 feet to my pond, 8 gallons per minute; installed a ball valve to slow the Gomez down to match the well rate. br>Cripes has been going nonstop for the past six months. br>Be sure to wire it according to my instructions—heat shrink is recommended! It's not going to work if you use tape. br>The only pump I'm aware of that doesn't require a pressure switch is the one I mentioned earlier. br>When it finally does—one acre pond, 3/4 full—I think I'll owe these guys money. In the top two feet, there are 450,000 gallons of water. MAGA—Ray in Ohio br>.

Excellent pump for use off the grid
5/5

The inverter is powered by 24 volts and 2000 watts. In 2015, I purchased and installed a 1/2 horsepower pump. It is now December of 2019. 5 years is a long time. I live off the grid with a 2000w pure sine wave inverter and four batteries. My 2000/2500 inverter can handle the surge / inflow current with ease. This is particularly impressive for a 700watt-rated device. The motor is running. My static water column is 80 feet below grade (total well depth is 430 feet), and the pump is placed about 150 feet below grade. The pump has no trouble pumping water up to grade and then 200 feet laterally to the house for cistern storage, even at this depth. The well's piping is 1" thick. 3/4" piping is installed over the ground. The final outflow rate is around 6 gpm. It's a pump that's both dependable and durable. I'm a big fan of your work. br>br>Right now, I'm having issues with my jet pump. To draw water from the cistern and pressurize the house lines, I use a 1/2 horsepower jet pump. It only consumes 600 watts when running. However, the jetpump's inflow current start-up demand always overloads my inverter, so I'm currently running it off a 4000watt generator just to handle the surge. This is just one of the many reasons why I love this classic pump. The hallmark has a higher running wattage than the jet pump, but the hallmark is built so well that its surge start up current is minimal and easily handled by my inverter even when other loads are running, whereas the jet pump, which has a lower running wattage, trips my inverter every time, even when I turn everything off. This signature is fantastic! br>br>.

It's getting the job done
4/5

This was purchased for the purpose of irrigating and refilling my lined pond. I have city water as well as an old drilled well. Because city water is expensive, I wanted to find a way to use my well, which had not been used in a long time, according to the previous owners. Before ordering the pump, I put a line through it to make sure there was water. When it arrived, I immediately plumbed it with everything I needed to attach a garden hose to it, wired it up with heat shrink butt connectors, heat shrink over that, then applied the water proof tape, attached a 3/8" rope to the pump, and lowered it. I left it there while I laid out the 350 feet of extra hose. To reach my pond, which is 16X21X3', I have about 450' of garden hose attached. I'm around 110' tall. I placed a rock on the hose, walked back, plugged it in, and walked out again to see what was coming out, not knowing what kind of volume or pressure this thing would produce. When the water was clear, I smelled and tasted it (without swallowing) and decided to use it to replenish the pond after it had evaporated. With this pump, I'm getting 4 GPM. It wasn't quite what I had hoped for, but it was providing me with free mineral-rich water from the ground. The hyacinths in the pond must have been overjoyed because they all bloomed a week later. Even the pan fish appear to be in a better mood. The pump is still in the well, suspended in the water column, waiting to be used whenever I need it. I spent roughly $170 in total. I only had to spend 00 to set up this pump because I already had the wire and three sections of the hose I'd be using. Photos and video will be added as they become available.

Used in the Effluent Tank of a Septic System
5/5

I've used the Hallmark Industries MA0343X-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX For over a year, I've been running a 4 Deep Well Submersible Pump, 1/2 hp, 110V, 60 Hz, 25 GPM pump in my septic effluent tank. The effluent is discharged through sprinkler heads 300 feet away from the effluent tank. The pump has worked flawlessly for me. The pump has two features that I find appealing. It includes a 10-foot cable that allows me to connect to my GFI outlet without the need for splices. The pump's body is made of stainless steel, with a cast iron discharge. A plastic discharge is used by some septic pumps. The level in the effluent tank is controlled by a float switch in my setup. I put the pump in a 4" slotted PVC pipe with a 12 mesh stainless steel screen wrapped around it. In addition, I've set up a Tuftite EF- My septic tank discharge drains into an effluent tank, which has four effluent filters. The effluent filter and stainless steel wrapped screen keep any foreign material from clogging the suction screen of the Hallmark submersible pump. This Hallmark pump is about 4 inches longer than the septic pump it replaces, so keep that in mind if you're using it in a septic system. I am pleased with my Hallmark Industries MA0343X-I purchase. There are four submersible pumps.

There are no complaints about this product because it is a great value and it works well
5/5

It's a good value for the money. I wish it came with a longer electrical cord (at least 50 feet), but at this price point, that may be too much to ask for. I had never installed a well pump before and did a lot of research into the process, which I wish I had done more of. Even so, even if you're a seasoned pro, I was able to figure out how to get this installed and working despite being a complete novice. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. It works "fairly well" and is located at a depth of approximately 75 feet. My water table is around 15 feet high, so I have a lot of water. I'm not sure what my static water level is, but it worked fine for half an hour after I installed it. I should also point out that I wasn't installing this in a "new" well, but rather in one that had been dormant for years, and because "city water" is our primary water supply where I live, this well serves as a backup/irrigation/animal watering/car washing well. I've had it installed for a few months now, and while it's performing admirably, I'll update this review if the need arises; however, for the time being, it's doing exactly what I expected it to do.
