I had reviewed the Kohler parts website and I am not sure if it has a whole page dedicated to them My research led to some conclusions. Having access to their site, diagrams, and parts list was very useful to me.
Sadly, I do not remember the model number of it, but it replaced my mixer, which was also installed Hopefully it will fit if it looks identical (like mine did).
As for the regulator, it was my responsibility to get it. As soon as I replaced the valve and regulator, everything worked just fine.
You may need to purchase a regulator as well since this will fix the drip 75 percent of the time
