A piece of plastic that is inexpensively made

It appears to be a very poor quality product. There are other items from this store that are of the expected quality, but this one is not up to the mark. The water does not come out of it consistently, so I'm having problems using it. Even though this wall outlet looks very attractive, it isn't very useful if it does not.

We put the rubber washer thing in its place and added the metallic looking plastic cover, and it works well

Having a job to do is no easy task. Due to a rework of the rough draft, I am deducting 1 star from this score When I installed it, I thought that a little bit of horizontal pipe thread sticking out of the wall should be sufficient. Not at all! There was no flush cover on the cover. As a result, I had to open the wall, figure out how far the pipe should stick out, and then attach the flex hose to the wall with the male threaded pipe pointing down like in the picture. I then threaded the female elbow check valve over the male pipe in the wall and tightened it in place. I then pushed the rubber washer thing in its place and the metallic looking plastic cover into place and everything looks good now. It's not an easy job for anyone doing it themselves Describe this individual.

Despite its attractive design, I rate this only one star because, as a stickler for quality, it doesn't live up to my expectations. Despite the elbow being brass inside, the external cover is a cheap metal plastic. It is always a case of “you get what you pay for” and I had to return the product. In my opinion, this item will not hold up for a long time, especially in the shower application with water continuously in contact with it and one having to clean it daily.
