As soon as I get the 1/2" to 3/4" pipe adapters to stop leaks, I'm hoping that this will be a really nice shower mixer. It shouldn't be a problem attaching the 3/4" side to the mixer Can't say the same for the 1/2" side. I have taped the threads four times, but the fitting doesn't seem to be stopping the leak. While I haven't given up, I'm going to try it again with a 1/2" female PEC fitting and a 1/2" adapter provided by the manufacturer. In most cases, this should not be an issue, unless there are different NPT standards in various countries. The fix is
