The rod sewer is a flexible drain snake, so yes, if you're referring to it. In contrast to a conventional clean out, when the extendable valve is removed, the clean out looks like a regular valve.
The browser automatically closes when it is closed. Make sure that the flapper is clean. The spring and the fall respectively are the times for me to remove the assemblies and clean them. I've never been disappointed with it so far. Compared with other products, it is the best.
Depending on where you live, you should check your local community codes because they vary from state to state and region to region. I tested it on my computer and it worked fine. My installation was without permission,*br> and I didn't ask for permission!

Because of its extendable design and ability to be accessed and examined from the surface, there is no need to build a manhole or dig a hole to view or service this backflow check valve. I like the design, and I found it to be All in all, the project was successful, except for the hole that had to be dug to reach the sewer line (8 feet below ground). In order to prevent another leak into my basement from the downstairs toilet, this system was installed. Peace of mind was the reason for installing it. It is only when the sewerage flows out of the house normally, and nothing returns up the line into the house, that it is working properly. This has been the case thus far. It is unfortunate that I cannot give it a 5-star rating due to this.
It is possible to find backwater valves on the market in a wide range of prices. The one you are looking at is made in the USA and it is of high quality. My basement is where it was supposed to be installed, even though you are supposed to install it outside. I like it a lot because it has a very heavy duty flapper to stop backflow. There is a little bit of maintenance required, but it just means you have to take out the flapper assembly and clean it every few months so everything stays clean and works correctly. The price may be higher than what you can get at the "Big Chain Stores," but it is worth it. This was the best one I found after doing my homework!.
The item was perfect, the price was low and the delivery time was fast.
I love you.
The best part of my life.
It is easy to I hope it does the job, but I may never know unless it.
Backflow prevention device bought to prevent backflow from Twp sewer lines. The assembled unit consists of The instructions were A check was made to make sure the flapper was in place and functioning If the unit is to be buried five feet underground, you must first After testing the unit with water, I decided to use a lighter fluid. From the downstream sewer side of the valve body, I attached a 90 degree elbow which I pointed upward in a vertical position and the elbow outlet was connected to a 4 foot PVC pipe. Once I poured water into the end of the vertical PVC pipe, I waited a few minutes for the water to settle. As a result, the water drained out of the building side of the valve body quite easily A flapper will be bypassed. It is impossible for the flapper to seal and stop the flow of air. In my call to customer service, I was informed that the unit is designed to seal at higher back flow pressures (up to 60 psig). The backflow of city sewer lines will generate less than 3 to 5 gallons per minute A maximum of 5 pounds of pressure should be used. The unit won't be able to meet my needs, so I don't think it'll work. There needs to be a better flapper and seal design.
