Sorry, no idea, but the flow rate is significantly higher than mine.
I'm afraid I can't tell you the exact flow rate because there are no markings on these aerators. I did manage to squeeze in some real-world time. However, I'm going to conduct a world experiment on you. I filled a 1 pint water bottle in about 4 seconds with my faucet fully open. A gallon takes about 32 seconds to fill because there are 8 pints in it. So I'd say these aerators have a flow rate of around 2. 2 gpm. I hope this information is useful.
Leaded has been phased out of plumbing for many years. Because these aerators are made of steel and plastic, it is highly unlikely that they will require any lead.
It's already in place where it's supposed to be.

These were ideal for my faucets. They're also very cost-effective! Simply ensure that the included washer is properly inserted into your faucet (flat side UP). If your faucets are older than a few years, you should clean the threads with a small wire brush first to remove any corrosion.
They seemed flimsy and cheaply made at first, but three of them screw right in and work fine at first, so I'd keep them. The fourth one was mismanufactured; the threads were not cut at all, and the metal was solid, making it impossible to screw in and use. I would keep them if three was all I needed, but I really wanted four, so I'm not sure what to do. Another unwelcome annoyance as a result of poor quality control.
These aerators were completely ineffective for my old Delta bathroom faucet, and they also have a low-quality appearance. It was a waste of money!.
I discovered the aerator on it was clogged beyond repair after doing some research and pulling out the toolbox. It didn't help at all to clean it! So I switched it out as soon as I got it, and now I have a steady stream and backups in case any other sink in my apartment needs to be fixed! It's simple to put together; just make sure to tighten the screws to prevent leaks.
This aerator product is good; it fits perfectly; however, it appears to be of average quality; the wire mesh appears to be of low quality; however, it fit well in all of the sinks where I needed assistance, so I give it three stars. There is a reduced range of motion. It is very simple to set up.
Replacement parts for the faucet with the black rubber washer are impossible to come by. I didn't need the washer because I was able to screw it in tight enough. I just had to turn it down a notch to keep it from leaking. It is not something I would suggest. I'm not going to buy anything else.
Using one of the supplied washers installed flat side up or down, I was unable to get the aerator on far enough for the threads to engage. I spent a long time on it and eventually used the washer from the previous aerator.
These things clog up quickly, but it's the water quality that's the problem. I suppose I'll just keep buying them. That is all that needs to be said.
