Questions & Answers

Is this a male aerator with the 13/16 27 thread?

This item measures 15/16 inch according to my tape measure. So it isn't a 13/16 inch in my case, and the answer is no.

Is this applicable to both kitchen and bathroom faucets? I'm looking for a replacement aerator for a Delta faucet that resembles the classic 100LF-style. ?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. You'll need a RP70699 for that model, according to the Delta website. Enter your model number and then click on the parts list link to find the part number.

Is this compatible with a Pfister bathroom sink faucet?

It certainly ought to. The threads on faucets have largely become standardized.

Any suggestions for what size aerator I need? I have a bathroom faucet with a 5/8 female fitting (I double-checked with calipers). ?

I believe Elijer faucets required a 5/8 female opening for the aerator, but I'm not sure what measurement was required for the aerator. The closest thing I can think of is a few places, one of which is Lasco, which makes a 5/8 male to standard adapter. They cost between $9 and $10 each.

So this is where the good aerators are kept? I'm having a good laugh at myself for writing this review
5/5

Why? I'm hoping the condo manager I'm renting from isn't aware of it! Recently, I relocated to a condominium. It has some really nice bathrooms. "That's cute," I thought as I turned on the sink to shave. Since water is included in the rent, it's clear that the management decided to install these sprayer aerators on the sinks to reduce water usage. That won't work, I'm afraid. I went to the local depot store and purchased an aerator that was advertised as increasing pressure. When I put it on, it did get rid of the cute water spray, but it was still incredibly weak. I've spent over a decade working in construction and engineering/planning construction, and I knew there were better aerators out there. Finally, I found a man at the other brick-and-mortar store who informed me that aerators were in short supply. Amazon, it appears, is not one of them! This aerator works extremely well. My primary reason for being under pressure is to shave my head. My hair is thick, and it clogs up my razor, but a good pressure sink full of hot water clears it right up. It's also very simple to set up.

THE DECADE'S BEST BUY! This was by far the best repair I've ever seen
5/5

AND IT'S THE MOST EASY! My mind has been blown! br> I'm in awe of how great the WATER FLOW is right now! They are also compatible with non-Delta faucets. br>I can now return the two new faucets that were waiting to be installed due to the low water pressure I was experiencing with the old ones, saving me $185. 00 and a backache that lasted for days!.

IT REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE! It's amazing how a partially clogged aerator on your kitchen faucet can reduce water pressure so drastically
5/5

I replace mine at least once a year, and the fact that I can get them quickly and cheaply on Amazon saves me an hour or more in a big box store looking for the right one.

The amount of water in the tank has grown, and the water is no longer cloudy
5/5

Water volume has been increased, and the aerator now performs better than before. The aerator that came with the machine was broken. Initially, I purchased several replacement aerators from various big-box stores, but the flow volume was slow and inconsistent. The situation is unclear. It greatly simplifies and speeds up the process of filling a container. It was much faster for me to fill water at the utility sink. The aerator comes highly recommended.

What I was looking for
5/5

This was a perfect fit for my older Delta bathroom faucet, allowing me to get more flow than I could with just cleaning the old diffuser.

The part is not a metal aerator, but rather a piece of plastic junk that is the wrong size, shape, and size
3/5

This metal aerator was ordered to go with my delta faucet. I was sent the wrong part, which was made of plastic and was of a different size, but it was packaged correctly.

There are no water restrictions or restrictions on the flow of the water
3/5

Although this is a good aerator, it lacks a built-in water restrictor. In comparison to previous Delta aerators, it uses a lot of water.
