for?
No hose. You can choose between a stream or a shower spray by pushing a lever.
Yes, but it is very effective and has served me well.
It's just under three inches long. I intended to put it in my kitchen sink, but it kept getting knocked over. If you have one of those high-end faucets, I believe you will appreciate this product. Then I put it to the test in the restroom- ach! It got worse from there. As a result, despite the fact that I like the product in general, I have not been able to use it. I hope this has been of assistance.

I fiddled with it for a while before deciding to return it. PLS NOTE: I noticed a very pale colored washer in the bag as I was putting it back in its original package. Eureka! I positioned this washer in its proper location, tightened it, and VOILA- I'm bone dry. So far, everything has gone swimmingly. There's a lot of pressure here, and the one-on-one interaction is fantastic. It's a really cool feature to have a touch button that allows full-flow water to spray. The chrome finish is really nice and polished. The swivel action is solid and maintains its position. It's actually a lot of fun to use. Go figure.
Water pressure is excellent, and there are no leaks. There are two lengths to choose from: long and short. I bought the short, which easily switches between bubble stream and shower mode. It's advantageous to be able to turn around in a 360-degree circle.
It appeared to be small shiny confetti, perhaps the size of glitter, but upon closer inspection, it appears to be metal strips. I started dismantling the faucet nozzle because I suspected it was the source of the problem and noticed a shard-filled filter head right away. I discover the source of the metal by dismantling it further. The internal lining of this is deteriorating, as I can see. This is a terrible and shocking situation. I'm not sure if I accidentally ate it! I'm not sure if this is a one-of-a-kind circumstance, but if you have one, double-check it.
I required a faucet head with a 360-degree rotation. Because I like to clean the sides of my sink, I use a 90-degree swivel. The faucet head is attractive and functional, but it does not swivel 360 degrees and is quite large. In person, it is much larger than the photos in the description. I also like to wash my hair at the kitchen sink and rinse it with the swivel head of the faucet, but I believe this faucet head is a little too large for that. The push-button feature to switch from a regular stream of water to a spray is nice and convenient, but the water only swivels around the sink's bottom. The sides aren't in the least bit interested. This aerator will have to be returned because it does not meet my requirements.
In my water, I began to notice large metallic flakes. When I unscrewed this nozzle, I discovered that the inside is coated with some kind of metallic film, which is now peeling off and leaking into the water. Unbelievably dangerous to one's health.
Although it is well connected, there is a missing hole in the full stream, resulting in a wonky spray. The other function is in good working order. BUT, and this is why I'm returning it, when you turn on the faucet for the first time, red water pours out! This I discovered after installing it in my RV for a week and then testing everything before going on my trip when I turned on the RED WATER. It flushes out, but after a few hours of sitting, it returns to RED water. I'm guessing there's some sort of dye or corrosive rust inside. I'm returning it and would not advise anyone to purchase it.
I chose this item despite the fact that the head is slightly larger than some other options. The rang in motion is about 30 degrees off plumb, which provides ample spray for cleaning the sink. Because I didn't have a sprayer for cleaning the sink in my apartment, I purchased this. I bought both this and the item with the longer hose with the expectation that one of them would suffice. The hose was too long for me, and filling Britta pitchers was difficult. Because my faucet is only a few inches above the counter, it might work for other people in different situations. I liked the hose's range of motion, but I was concerned that the extra flexing I'd be doing to fill the pitchers would cause it to tear. I am satisfied with the product; however, removing the old faucet washer was more difficult than replacing it. I needed to tighten both the nut on my faucet and the top of this sprayer during the installation. It was leaking because it had become loose. I initially mistook it for ineffective, but upon closer inspection, I discovered it had been successful. I hand-tightened it and it's fantastic.
I liked that I could switch to a shower stream, but I didn't think the swivel was very useful. My stream is nicely aerated and smooth now that I've installed this. The shower function is excellent, and when combined with the swivel, I can direct the water to almost any part of the sink without having to remove the sprayer. If you don't have a separate sprayer, this is a useful feature.
