It is easily assembled. It is simple to set up a new blade, as long as you have a new blade to use. I noticed that the blade cut a lot better because I ground it to the right profile. If you sharpened it with an angle grinder, it would probably take awhile. My wife even noticed the difference in the cut. At first she didn't think I would like another toy, but now she loves it. However, I opted for the 1/2 horsepower instead of the 1/3 horsepower. I have all the power I need to complete the task with the half. takes a little while to get the hang of using it, so don't try to hog the blade down too hard. There was only one thing I noticed, and this is the only reason why I didn't give it a five-star rating the motor got hot and bogged down after six blades in setting three of the correct profile. The rest of my life is good.
My grander has been with me for 2 years now, and I am writing In the first place, would I buy it again if the price was right? I say no! The blades take a very long time to be sharpened, it is very difficult to get them at the correct angle, the motor is under powered and stalls if too much pressure is applied. The cost of this kind of product was just too much for me to think about when spending some money for such a useless product A professional blade sharpener is also known as a blade grinder. Hand powered grinders work just as well as motorized ones and are much faster than motorized ones.
This is the one I bought because it was recommended for me to get. Our lawn care company is owned by Caremark and we have 60" Exmark There is no way for me to charpen them, I have to make a 90 degree angle and take that angle off the factory line. I spent almost 500 dollars and I'm not happy with it.
Sorry, I cannot give a better review because I know nothing about machinery, but my husband and his brothers are delighted.
Thank you very much for shipping it to Japan. This was one fantastic product. A blade sharpening tool such as this makes the process easy. In addition to the easy cutting, the cutting precision is also amazing. The blades are extremely sharp and set at just the right angle.
This was purchased by someone who owns a lawn care It has grown steadily and the prospect of grinding / sharpening 50 blades a week has grown old after nearly 7 years. Due to this gem, the process has been accelerated and every blade is more precisely the same as the rest, as is inherently the case every time technology is introduced. Expenses are high, but it is a must-have for people who have The cost of the system will be recovered fairly quickly. If you share the cost of the rental with a peer in your company and use the equipment together, it might be a better deal.
The one I should have gotten long ago could have saved me a lot of grief. The only complaint I have is that I haven't used it as much as I would like. When it comes to blades, I always sharpen them often, I don't like grinding I like the way this machine works and it is not quite as time-consuming as I expected.
My favorite machine for grinding mower blades! It is so much better than a regular grinder. Luckily, none of the hardware fell out from the damaged box while in transit. A better packaging strategy would be beneficial since the package is very heavy.
