You won't be able to put much torque on the stand unless you bolt it to the floor, so it's not really designed for a vise.
The vice will work in this stand as long as it aligns with the set holes; however, some modifications may be required.
Each leg measures approximately 8 inches in length. I have a grinder on it, but because it isn't bolted to the floor, it's easy to trip over a leg while grinding.

It's what I use for my five. I wish the legs on the base of the 5 inch vise were longer. However, bolts or other types of anchors can be used to secure the base.
It's even good for holding a vise; I just added another bolt to better secure the vise, which is then bolted to the floor for added rigidity.
This is a must-have accessory for anyone who owns a grinder or a small drill press. They must be in your store because I have two of them.
This stand came with a caster base, which I used. Everything went smoothly, and I now have a reliable and portable buffer.
Grinder stand, well-made and simple to assemble, with one leg pointing forward for foot support, which I like.
It gets the job done.
