Putting it in the top tier of good quality tools is impressive
5/5

When I looked for a grinder to replace my old one, I was disappointed with the options It is unlikely that we will get the name brands and imported junk in the future. The story of a certain well-known figure Yellow brand has been criticized for excessive vibration, since sharpening with the machine requires the machine to be vibration free. The better models came at a high price. The price of Baldor, which is common in many shops, has gone through the roof. There are thousands of them. Bench grinders are used to grind metal. This is unreal. In the end, I searched everywhere for something that was a little better and a little less expensive. I'm a mechanical engineer, once owned a machine shop, so I didn't want to spend too much, but also didn't want to buy some boring piece of junk. The used grinder's on Craigslist are usually a little beat up, but you can usually find them. I saw this one, and while it did not have a lot of reviews, all of them were 5-stars An infinity sign. I liked the price, and I got two for the price of one A speed tool for sharpening that does not overheat the work and distort its heat treatment. Even with the slow speed, it still may be a little fast for sharpening your Two Cherries chisels, but take your time and you will be just fine. The machine runs smoothly, has a heavy tool rest, and runs very heavy Ensure that the sheet metal is not bent. One complaint I have is that the wheels supplied with the machine aren't the best. Nevertheless, I can't complain too much. Even with five stars, it's still a five-star review.
My guess is that this is an imported product, but I think it's definitely a cut above. It looks like it's crafted to last and feels good. If you need a grinder and appreciate things that look and feel quality, this might be your best choice. Buck Tool is by far the best deal for my new grinder that I have seen. I never heard of them before but this is the best deal on the market.

The turners are Put your grinding skills to work! A broad range of Bench Grinders from Rikon are available for 8" slow speed bench grinders
5/5

A popular Rikon model is 8" slow speed bench grinder. Several reviews showed very different results regarding quality, so I looked around a little more and came across this model from BUCKTOOL. Despite my choice, I am very happy with it. Here are several reasons Then continue reading It is heavy and made of cast iron - Using the OneWay Sharpening Jig without a riser is possible since the base is too high. * It is already the perfect height (6 1/4" to the center of the spindle or axle). The Aluminum Oxide wheels, which come with it, are of excellent quality and are ready to use No vibration when mounted*- (After removing the wheel guard) I was able to fit my Woodturners Wonders CBN wheel to the axle perfectly It sometimes costs $75, but on special occasions only)
- The motor is powerful enough to spin up the heavier CBN wheel on the first revolution without a struggle. There are two speeds, low and regular, so non-brittle materials can be ground according to their special needs Grinder setup with additional CBN wheel, mounted with the OneWay Wolverine sharpening jig, used to sharpen lathe tools. The photo shows the grinder configured as I had it set up, replacing two Aluminum Oxide wheels with CBN wheels. Then, on top of it all, I encountered a payment issue with my initial order, and a representative of the company refunded me the price difference within a day of my initial inquiry. Such an offer is simply unbeatable! Use this bench grinder to grind!.

I was surprised by the amount
5/5

This item was very well made and I was quite impressed. It turned out to be heavier than I anticipated. Even though it is still an 8" grinder, there is some space savings because the wheels are closer to the motor than others I have seen, so it reduces blade width a bit. There was very little assembly needed for this product, and it did what it set out to do. This product is easy to use and the instructions are clear. I am using mine primarily to sharpen wood lathe tools and the oxide wheels and girts are just right.

The grinder is as good as or better than the machines costing double This bench grinder has just received rave reviews for the first time
5/5

I had never heard of Bucktool before. Yes, I agree! In the past, I would read the manual before operating a machine, but grinders are simple so I lifted them up and started them up. ughh, I hate heavy things. My little table remained empty for a few minutes before it was placed there - With crossed fingers, I wished for the best. I wonder what was the secret to this smooth start. There was no wobble, no dance, no chatter, just smooth and quiet wheels. The impression I got was really good. Since I'm 79 years old, I've used many different machines and tools. Quality like this is hard to find. Value and value for money. Avoid buying the expensive grinder that will cost two times as much as this type. The Bucktool is a great buy. There will be no regrets for you.

The product is poorly A shaft with a diameter outside of specification

It would not fit the CBN wheels I bought for this grinder. A hole measured 0 mm in the wheels. Sixty-five and a half (5/8) measured a diameter of This page has a total of 627 (627. 00%). My contact with the manufacturer led to the recommendation that I purchase CBN wheels. I returned home.

I like it
4/5

It wasn't easy getting this grinder started, but the company was there to help right away and they replaced it.
This is a excellent grinder for light work such as grinding tools and the like. My metal lath and wood lath tools work great with it. It's nice to work with low speed tools, since they don't get hot as fast, and you have more control over them.
The tool supports work well and are easy to adjust. It's a very nice machine at an affordable.

We are talking about a heavy-duty grinder here
5/5

As I wanted to have 4 poles of speed, this was perfect for my needs. The experience was exactly what I had hoped for. It is ideal for sharpening tool bits due to its heavy weight. Compared to smaller grinders, there is much less vibration. The speed of this grinder is slower than most variable speed grinders with speeds ranging between 2000 and 3000 One half of it is set up with the 118 degree jig, while the other half is set up with the 135 degree jig.

The cutting edge is good
5/5

There's a lot of weight in this tool. A grinder would benefit from this. I like all the attachments because they're sturdy and reliable. I like how the motor spins We don't have any wobbles or shakes. I recently experience problems with the machete we use in the yard - I haven't been able to get it to cut well. My work was much more effective at a slower speed, I finally obtained a sharp edge.
