Longer abrasive life thanks to a water-based stearate coating that resists loading.

Aluminum oxide with a P grade is tough and has a consistent scratch pattern for a high-quality finish.

A closed coat disc is more rigid and prone to clogging than an open coat disc.

Used in conjunction with a molded rubber or foam backing pad (available separately).

It should be fine for wood, but I used it on steel and aluminum in my case.

I believe this sand paper holds up well and lasts a long time; after all, it's Norton, so I expected it to be good

It's simply too flimsy to sand wood with. It frayed around the edges and quickly fell apart, glossed, clogged, and frayed.

Sandpaper is sandpaper, and sandpaper is sandpaper, and sand There isn't much of a difference between them, and I've used both, so it comes down to price and shipping costs.
