Questions & Answers

Are there any drills that would fit this?

If you have a drill chuck that has a large enough opening, you can drill through it. You should be able to fit it in most drills.

Is it able to be applied on a ?

While it worked great on stainless steel if it was used with enough lubricant, I'd be reluctant to use a non carbide toothed hole saw on solid surface materials, though it may work if your luck holds out.

What are the pros and cons of this for Corean countertops?

It worked well to cut a thick stainless counter top, so I don't think it will be an issue since corian is a resin, not stone. In light of this, make sure the hole saw is sharp (new or nearly new) as you don't want it to bind in the Corian and you don't want to end up destroying it. If you are cutting, don't apply a lot of downward pressure and only apply enough speed to let the hole saw do the work (in order to not bog your drill). That is the purpose of the hole saw.

Included in the price is the arbor?

It is true.

In all honesty, I would have never imagined a hole could change my life
5/5

The Amazon delivery was prompt as usual, and the driver delivered our hole saw like a pro. It was very easy to open the package because it was in perfect condition. When I put this in my drill, I knew that it was going to be a special and life changing experience. After marking the hole location with my lines, I grabbed my drill and centered my guiding drill bit on top of the marks. It was as if angels were singing as soon as the wood touched the blade. As soon as I hit the trigger on the drill, the LENOX Tools Hole Saw began to work. As a fat kid eats cake, it ate through the wood like there was no tomorrow. As it turned out, it was so nice I invited my neighbors over to try it. My wife and I intend to take this to tailgating events, as I am sure it will be a crowd favorite. I definitely recommend this Lenox Tools Hole Saw for any project and for fun.

Lenox bits are usually great, but this one didn't last
3/5

The only thing in stores with this size of bit wasn't this one, so I purchased it from Amazon. In terms of shipping speed, Amazon was the fastest. In order to install a door, I needed this to cut 1 3/8" plugs. MDF was 1/2 inch thick, and I was trying to cut it. It is common to have to remove certain types of blades frequently when cutting MDF, and to clean the material buildup It took me less than half the way through the MDF before the bit became It is essential to point out that I had to stop and rethink To cut the pine, I chose a 1/2" bit from another manufacturer and 1/2" thick pine from Home Depot.
I'm not sure if I got a bad bit or not, but I plan to stop purchasing bits from Amazon from now on.

Stainless steel kitchen sink is made much easier with a hole saw
5/5

It's done in less than two minutes! A sprayer is supposed to go on top of my stainless steel kitchen sink, so I purchased this drill exclusively for that purpose. For that purpose, it's the ideal size. To make the holes, I used a variable speed drill (on a very low setting) and a 3-inch drill bit It's an oil and lubricant in one. For the drilling bit, I punched a dent in the center of the hole in order to prevent it from slipping. By applying heavy pressure to the spot where I wanted to drill the hole, I was able to create it. I was done putting away the dishes in less than two minutes. I think it's really cool. After that, I filed the edges of the new hole to make them less sharp. Once my sprayer was installed, I put it to use. The cost of hiring a professional would have been more than the cost of buying You may find it more challenging if you do not have a variable speed drill. Buying or borrowing one from Harbor Freight is the best option in that case. Even though a professional would probably be more expensive in the long run, buying the drill and bit would still be less costly.

I cut 60 holes in 3/4" plywood with this blade
4/5

It doesn't dull after many cuts. Even more easily than the first hole, the last one was drilled. As far as I could tell, the only issue I had was that the teeth loaded quickly and I had to back out 3 or 4 times per hole to clear out any chips.

It was easy for the drill bit and teeth to break
3/5

Once I used this product a couple of times, the drill bit broke and I had to purchase and install a new one from homedepot in addition to the teeth breaking after a few days It doesn't matter that it is a brand name if it is not a product I would recommend.

I am really pleased with the results
5/5

The circle I needed was for one of the egg trays I was working on. They are well suited to the task. A spade bit is one of my least favorite tools. With this hole saw, you can find a lot more wheels than sawdust because it spits out little wheels instead of spitting out sawdust. There are different sizes and styles of this brand that I will buy again.

The best tool out there
5/5

To create a hole across a heavy duty stainless island that fits a garbage disposal air switch, we cut a perfect circle. As a general rule, use and maintain a flowing flow of cutting oil so that you do not burn out your cutter and do not run it at The next step is to use a small nail set to dent the drill bit area so it will not slide. Buy some plumbers putty, warm it up in your hands by rubbing it in them a few times, then use it to form a rope and cut in half the area. This will prevent someone constantly squirting the oil and creating an even bigger mess. The cutter is all-around larger than the workbench. Putty circles are made by filling an 1/8 in circle with putty. Once you have added enough oil, you can begin cutting the circle to refill. It is a good idea to place a towel underneath the hole to catch the oil when you cut it.

A clean hole is left behind
3/5

Designed to enlarge a hole in a Corian countertop. Despite its shortcomings, it did the trick. For my shed, I used to cut a hole to access power. I found it to be reliable once again. I docked stars for being so slow at clearing clogs. REALLY quick. I had to cut, release, cut, release, cut, release constantly, something I had never done with a hole saw before. Furthermore, the paint was completely gone within minutes of finding it. Although it is a hole saw, when I look at it now, it looks like it has been used for decades instead of just once!.
