I want to be a BEAST like that! I am not sure what to call this thing! Small enough to get into the brass easily, this sucker can quickly cut through it
5/5

Despite the fact that I forgot to measure the thickness of the brass, you get the picture. The drill was not too heavy on my hands, so it took no time for me to complete the task. My search for the perfect solution ended here. Also, the picture on the Amazon page doesn't clearly show it but THIS DOES COME WITH A PILOT BITE ATTACHED TO THE HOLE SAW, which is handy to help guide it and almost didn't purchase because I didn't The only thing you need to know is that it has one! Thank you for reading my review! I hope you find it helpful!.

It means you don't have to struggle to change it, but can also go out of alignment
3/5

This is an acceptable hole saw, but not terribly impressive. The kerf does not really allow material to leave the cutting head (like the big Hawg or similar saws from Milwaukee). There isn't much locking or anchoring between the arbor and saw, so it's easy for it to be changed. But it can also spin out if you reverse it while in use. Despite its good performance, the welding holding the saw together is conical and pitted. This implies a poorly made product, even though it seems to have held up through a number of cuts. While it works, and you should consider buying it if you need it, your money would probably be.

A perfect fit for metal and wood exteriors
5/5

A door. A deadbolt to be installed in an exterior door was purchased. This saw cut a very straight hole with high precision and appears to be able to cut a great With high speed and light pressure, the aluminum clad wooden door performed beautifully. I was hesitant to use it on a wooden door that was clad in aluminum. Be sure to have a hold of that drill, because if you do not, the drill will snap your wrist. This tool has been very useful to me.

This has been abused to the max, but it still works! To drill perfect holes in wooden cabinets for tweeters, I originally purchased this item
5/5

I am very pleased with the result! The system is now abused to the extreme. I drilled 4 holes in a 3/16" wall steel gas tank to serve as a sump in my final project. STILL going strong after all these years. The experience was definitely worth what we paid for. Definitely the happiest I've ever been!.

Old doors can be drilled through with this drill bit to make larger holes
5/5

A lenox 2-inch drill bit was the perfect solution for an old door that had the wrong size hole Using an 1/8 hole saw and a Dewalt kit D180004, I cut a 1/2" plywood jig out of 5X5, traced the circle, drilled a pilot hole in the center, and used the hole saw to drill out the final hole. The entire assembly was clamped with 2 clamps in place once it was in position. I'm going to use the same method on the remaining old doors because the drilling was very smooth. In order not to drill through the backer plywood directly, I backed out the hole saw a few times. According to various reviews, I came up with this mixture.

This is confirmed! Cast iron pipe can be cut with this
5/5

I posted the question regarding this in the questions section, and people said yes, and others said no. I received my hole saw, and cut right through 4" cast iron pipe. No problems. So yes, cast iron pipe can be cut with this.

This is amazing! The blade cuts through metal with ease
5/5

Purchasing hole saws at a discount retailer, I have a set of these tools. In the process of adding a deadbolt to a metal door, I attempted to use it to cut the hole, but it did not work. A lot of information can be found online. When the old one struggled for quite some time and barely made a scratch, this one cut right through like butter on a hot day. This is truly a must-read.

First time use of the pilot bit resulted in it becoming detached from the saw
3/5

With the hole saw, I enlarged the hole in my door for the deadbolt. I drilled the hole from the first side and it didn't pose any problems. On the other end of the door I was finishing enlarging the hole, and the pilot bit fell out of The end result was an oblong hole on the door and cosmetic damage. Pilot bit and hole saw are now two separate pieces of the equipment, so the unit is no longer functional as it was intended to be. A different Lennox hole saw was used for a different part of the door project, and the hole saw worked well.
