When I use the Cobra Carbide 40961, it works best for me. Have a look at it. There are two inserts included with the holders, that I believe you will prefer over the inserts that came with them.

A good collection of tools for indexing

There are a lot of extra parts included with these, so they're good for the money. If the seller could add the insert size to the description section, I would appreciate it. Based on my measurements and a guess, I found that the (Cobra Carbide 40957 Solid Carbide Turning Insert, C550 Grade, Uncoated (Bright) Finish, TCTMT Style, TCTMT 32 was indeed right for the job. The new inserts are exactly the same size as the originals (52mm thick, 3/32" radius) if your original ones wear.

Do what they are obligated to do. As I usually make my own, these are an acceptable substitute for my current sets, which disappeared. I have found that they fit well with the They are unbeatable in value, so don't let them get in your way.

It's not going to be easy to beat this deal for the price. The only thing I would have liked was if there were replacement bits or replacement order information, but the overall experience was fantastic.

Cutting is very good with them

The drum of a winch had to be turned around. I am on page 35. used the cutters to face and turn and was very satisfied with the results. It was a piece of cake to remove the material. This is a highly recommended book.

I was looking for some new tools to use on Just as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared. I decided to check out these tools to see what they are like. The tools are fine, but the inserts are horrible. The grade is very low.
