TCMT 110204 or TCMT 22521, which is slightly smaller than the 32521, is the answer, based on my research. circle included is the part you will need to adjust. I use a nomenclature sheet to help decode the letters and numbers correctly. Specifically, it is on page 55 of the Enco catalog and it is entitled "Indexable tool holder nomenclature". You may also go to Hobby Machinist. com where I moderate and I can provide you with further assistance. Thank you for your help. Bob, the wheel chair user
The thread size and diameter of the hole will influence it, I'd say. It is still not intended to cut thread with the tips. It is best to use a bored bar or tool designed for cutting inside threads.
In short, yes. As long as you use the correct cutting oil and speed, you should have no problems.
I guessed 1/64 ", but have not measured it."

It just squeaks when it is trying to cut mild steel with the insert cutters offered in the set. If it is good enough for aluminum, then it is probably fine. For the low price, these holders are quite decent, but you can expect them to be so after all. When buying this set, buy quality inserts.
The price of these is pretty steep, and I was expecting them to be junky, but they have turned out to be very good. This is a great set of tools. I have no issues cutting through brass, aluminum, and cold rolled steel.
I have only used inserts for the first time recently and am currently extremely satisfied. I turned a brass peace into an adjustment tool for carburetors. When heavy cuts were made the material just rolled off the insert and final cuts were so small it was hard to see the material being taken. The finish is great. The next step is to try some steel. Excellent purchase. Very happy with it.
As far as I can tell, it comes in a set of eight pieces. The bits you have are two 45 degree pieces (lnr ofc), two 90 degree pieces, and one center piece. In addition to a set of screwdrivers, this kit includes two wrenches. I know all the amateurs out there are saying this but . . . The only regret I have is not having a level bit, straight bit, or whatever (still learning, the flat bit). In general, the wooden box has been a pleasure to work with, fits well in my lathe toolbox, and I have enjoyed using the bits in it.
Cuts are ok, but inserts aren't great, which should be expected with a product at this price point.
Their price is reasonable, and they are a good value. In terms of replacement tips, they are not up to par. The job is generally done well by them.
Quite decent for the price. Those are the ones I use in my South Bend 9A. There is a problem with the bits in the kit, as they tend to break in anything hard, but I am planning to order a better set later, so the kit will be perfect!.
The lathes will be used along with the Porper Q. This is a great set of tools. There is no comparison between hi-speed steel and this material.
